Provider: I can tell Devan is listening and when she has an answer, I see her facial expression change (like, got it). Front Desk (some): Need to understand they're at work, I don't want to hear "what they had for dinner and what they're making for dinner tonight" , it's unprofessional. Also, First rule of customer service is - "NEVER HANG UP BEFORE THE CUSTOMER DOES", it comes off as hanging up in my face or you're not interested in the fact that I may have a follow-up question.

I absolutely love Dr. Devan Sikes. She is amazing. I went into the office feeling a little sad and down because of hormone issues and just, you know, in general, health depression. However, she, you know, always ends up turning the conversation around and informs me very well, gives me tools to help me out, and then also makes me laugh. So I do appreciate it. I'm sorry that I'm going to be missing her since she's going to virtual care, but I wanted to say that I appreciate that, as well as the rest of the staff. Everyone is always very nice every time I come in.
