Fully explains your condition and explains treatment options in simple. straightforward way. Caring, knowledgeable, and personable. She is a unicorn in the medical world. I'd give her a tip but I imagine a doctor would find that insulting. Id give her a raise

The information and the time and the thoroughness of the doctor just really blew me out of the water and gave me another understanding of, you know, the issue that my brother's having and giving me some stuff to read up on and everything.
