All the people that work here are super nice and are so easy to work with. Our medical assistant that checked us in was one of the nicest people I have ever met. What a great personality which is so needed working in the medical industry. You can tell she really cares about helping you and it really shows. We felt we had a great checkup for our hearing at this visit.

I was taken back to a treatment room rather quickly. Vital signs taken. Then left to wait for at least 30 minutes-no one checked on me, the door was closed and I was by myself. No one gave me an update. Procedure lasted 5 minutes.

I only want to state that I've used a number seven rather than a ten or whatever above it because I've been there one time to my knowledge, and everything so far is going well, but we're still in the middle of things. So I have upcoming appointments and hopefully remedies ahead of me. But so far, it's been a good experience, but just need more time and information and results in the future, hopefully.

The entire staff was phenomenal during my visit from check-in and check-out to the medical assistant, I believe her name was Deidra . She was exceptional. And then the audiologist was great as well, or I assume she's an audiologist that did the hearing test. But just overall, a wonderful visit. And I'm glad I got this call because I was actually looking for a way to provide feedback just because it was such a good, outstanding visit. Thanks.

Too much wait time before being seen and then once vitals were taken we had to wait very long for the "ear" room. Hard to understand when it was known that we were coming for ear wax removal.
