Questions were hard since this was the first time seeing this provider. If I knew her better she would probably have higher marks.

I only want to state that I've used a number seven rather than a ten or whatever above it because I've been there one time to my knowledge, and everything so far is going well, but we're still in the middle of things. So I have upcoming appointments and hopefully remedies ahead of me. But so far, it's been a good experience, but just need more time and information and results in the future, hopefully.

Elise the triage nurse was beneficial and caring . DIEDRA, Dolandra, and MARCI all staff caring and efficent.

The entire staff was phenomenal during my visit from check-in and check-out to the medical assistant, I believe her name was Deidra . She was exceptional. And then the audiologist was great as well, or I assume she's an audiologist that did the hearing test. But just overall, a wonderful visit. And I'm glad I got this call because I was actually looking for a way to provide feedback just because it was such a good, outstanding visit. Thanks.

Too much wait time before being seen and then once vitals were taken we had to wait very long for the "ear" room. Hard to understand when it was known that we were coming for ear wax removal.

I was sent to an Audio Dr. I know I can hear good. The ENT Nurse Practitioner didn't really do anything for me except want to send me to another Dr. I feel like I wasted my time and money.
