Dr. Deepak Kapoor is one of the best physicians I've ever seen. He is extremely kind and goes over and beyond what is required. He puts patients at ease and listens very patiently to their concerns and he provides comprehensive care. He does not over prescribe. He's always very good at determining what needs to be done. Everybody leaves feeling comfortable and confident knowing that Dr. Kapoor is taking care of their medical needs. I would highly recommend Dr. Kapoor without any reservations. Dr. Kapoor and all the staff were very kind and understanding of my hearing problems to repeat anything that I did not hear the first time. Dr. Kapoor and the nurse clinician were thorough in having read my medical records and to read the notes that I brought with me with details about previous tests and past months of specific BP and other readings and a medication change.

Dr. Kapoor was very very interested and informative about me and my condition. He had more information about me and my condition that I had for myself. Was even concerned about my wife who is his patient and had me call her on the phone and talk to her about her problems. I left from my visit feeling great and impressed glad to have him as my doctor.

Nothing more on this topic. However I have problems with the portal. Even though, I opt to remember my pass word , every time I want to log in I am instructed to go for a new pass word. This month so far I had to change 3-4 times! The other possibility is to use passkey, that is convenient for a senior like me. I sought help of your IT department a week back and I am yet to hear from them. We were told that everything will be stream lined when Wellstar takes control from AUH! R like me For
