Some testing was done that came out negative but I didn't get an answer as to how the problem for which I was referred could be resolved. Maybe there isn't answer.

Dr Christensen has been helping me navigate through my Samters Triad / AERD diagnosis with the utmost patience. I wasn't the easiest to convince on certain treatments and she still never gave up on me! She truly does care and has earned my absolute trust. She will always be my ENT doctor choice! I think the provider was really good and they answered most of my questions. The only thing is I felt real rushed with the doctor because I still was trying to get some information from baby's history and the time I got out and at the checkout, I did find information, but I couldn't go back to her and I just kept talking to the nurse afterwards. So it would be nice if I could talk to doctor afterwards too.

I liked how Dr. Christensen treated my son as the primary patient, asking him things like, is it okay? Asking him to introduce me so that he would feel more comfortable and in charge of his own care instead of just defaulting to me as his mother taking care of his care. And I really appreciated that about Dr. Christensen. I thought she did a great job focusing on him as a patient, even though technically he is a minor and he's only 15 years old. So I appreciated that about her.

My doctor at the WellStar ENT office, Dr. Christensen, was amazing - truly one of the best WellStar providers I have ever seen. She was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to really listen and explain everything clearly. I never felt rushed, and I left feeling confident about my treatment plan. The office staff was also friendly and efficient, which made the entire experience smooth from check-in to checkout. I would absolutely recommend this office and Dr. Christensen to anyone needing ENT care.

My only issue is with the construction going on for your Kennestone Medical Center, I drove or walked for 30 minutes around t h e same few blocks. When driving with Google Maos, it kept trying to turn me into blocked entrances. Each doctor's practice should notify patients, particularly new ones, owhere to park and how to get to that lot and provide instructions as to where to enter the building. I am talking particularly of building 420 right now, but signage is poor along the roads anyway . A better definition of your Kennestone Medical Center campus buildings on your Kennestone website and the road to turn into the specific buildings would be extremely helpful. A text sent out warning of specific buildings under construction and with a link to a site map that shows what I described. would probably make patuents and their families much more satisfied with their visit.
