I was very impressed with Dr. Christensen and the staff. I scheduled an out-patient procedure recommended by the doctor. I'm looking forward to the procedure bc this may be enough to have a specific diagnosis.

I would just say like the doctor was very concerned about managing expectations and it just left me confused and not knowing which option to take. I would say instead of that like trying to say well I don't know if it's going to match your expectations just tell me my options and the potential outcomes of it. It just made me feel uneasy and unsure versus like I wanted her to give me information as a medical professional because I did not know what to do and she was just so afraid I felt like that I would agree to something and it wouldn't meet my expectations. Just explain what could be done and the potential outcome and whether it will be worth it or not. I just feel like I just feel like I wasn't it wasn't important.

Dr Christensen has done a wonderful job managing my chronic nasal polyp condition after performing surgery almost 7 years ago to remove them. I had this surgery 2 prior times both with different ENT's and did not receive the results I was hoping for. Each had long recoveries with excessive bleeding, swelling and pain. Third time must of been the charm, little to no pain, swelling or bleeding on the next day. When she did the scope on the follow up the polyps were finally gone! Flash forward to y to today, and I have no polyps and my sense of taste and smell are perfect. She is a true professional with a great disposition and has earned my full trust.
