It's hard to schedule online appointments, end up having to call the office which is inefficient. But Dr. Thomas is awesome, I trust him completely. He has an excellent bedside manner and is very warm and caring.

Dr. Thomas's bedside manner is excellent. He takes his time and he is thorough; he will always ask you twice is there anything else that needs to be addressed or can he help me with anything else. He is generally interested in my health and I trust him 100%.

Dr. Thomas saw I wasn't feeling good and instead of going home I was sent to emergency room . His concern about my health was number 1 . Dr Thomas and his staff and Wellstar is number 1.

The physician and the support-providers were extremely thorough also Patient and kind. It was a nice experience!

Due to an error in the billing I was unable to see the cost estimate but it was still asking me to sign that I agreed. I tried for 10 min before giving up. It turned out that the copay was empty and as soon as billing entered a zero everything worked. There is a bug to fix there. After that I could not enter the online meeting where the doctor was waiting because it was full. After he left I could then join but it was just me alone. Eventually we tried again and it worked but was 15 minutes late to an online appointment I was trying to connect to for 25 minutes. So... how was your morning?
