The wait time was extremely to long, my appointment was at 11:30am I didn't get to the back until 1pm. I had gotten off work at 6:30 am haven't been to sleep. I originally asked for a later appointment but was told I couldn't. Was looking to bring my children here but I can't wait that long with young children. Other then that Doctor was great front desk lady was amazing at trying to calm me down an the medical assistant was also amazing

Dr. Powell and the staff are always professional. They take care of all my needs. They schedule appointments and help me with my prescriptions. I've only been with them six months, but I'm very pleased with the staff at WellStar with Dr. Powell on Fairport. Thank you.

My appointment was scheduled for 7:30 and I was asked to get there at 7:15 which I did, but Dr. Powell did not get to the exam room until almost 8:15, however, he really took his time with me and is such a warm and caring physician so after the visit, coming to the exam room late no longer mattered because he takes his time to ensure each patient is heard. Thank you Dr. Powell and I am glad I have you to call as my primary care physician.
