I have been with Dr. LaChance for approximately 2 years. I was a little hesitant to go to a new doctor after my last Endocrinologist had to leave but I am so glad I got him. He has been so concerned about every question I have presented and answered all of them, tending to all of my needs. I would recommend him to everyone. He is FANTASTIC!

Impossible to make a timely appointment with a physician at this institution. Regardless of the urgency of the patient's problems the appointment is not made. Some medical problems are such that prompt care or emergency departments cannot handle. I would like to discuss this dangerous attitude with you.

And I just look forward to working with him if I should need him again. The staff, the area was clean from the front desk to the office staff as you go behind the door, to the young lady in the lab. to the young lady who came to talk about research. Everyone was just friendly and kind. And it was just an unusual experience. I'm glad I had that. And I guess hearing all these, the requests for feedback is making a difference. Fifteen minute appointments are ludicrous. I was in and out. I felt Dr Lachance had to rush and spent time telling me his history. Secondly, I had to insist my thyroid function be tested because it was abnormal six weeks ago when I moved from Phoenix. Sure enough, it is abnormal.
