Some medical problems are such that prompt care or emergency departments cannot handle. I would like to discuss this dangerous attitude with you.

However, the hospital need to work on the morning group at the help desk in the lobby when you come from the parking garage to the building. They are rude, can't even say hello to a patient headed to the elevator. They are too busy talking to each other. I asked them a question the other day and they all looked at each other like, who wants to take this one. There was a hesitation and finally I was help by one of them, while the others never missed a beat and kept on talking about their personal issues that had nothing to do with the hospital. I ran hotels in my career, I always told the associates, it you can spit on somebody you are close enough to speak and say hello! This group needs a few secret shoppers and you can easily clean the group up and get them focused on the patients and not themselves. .

Yes, I received a bill before my insurance processed properly. I have three different types of insurance, but only one was used, so I received a bill for $300 and something dollars. That should have been zero. Thank you.
