Doctor Fallaw took his time with me. He listened to my complaints and comments. He did not try to rush the visit. We discussed my current medications and the plan for my care going forward. It was a productive visit. He is an excellent physician and has a very pleasant bedside manner.

Dr. Fallaw is great. There's definitely issues with scheduling. I had to message him to get an earlier appointment because there was nothing available for like four months. And he opened a slot and got me in quickly. But then when I got to the office, the office staff had my appointment written down wrong. And he was saying, hey, she's out there, bring her back. And I'm saying, telling them, hey, it's fast my appointment went and called me back and they kept telling me, no, your appointment's not 12:30. I'm like, no, it's at 11:30. It's in my phone that my appointment's at 11:30. Would you like me to show it to you? And I don't know, they were just being difficult. So anyway, but Dr. Fallaw is great. Love him.

He listens, he's available, even on weekends he will take calls and he watches out for all the preventive things that I need to be doing like immunizations. He's an epitome for the kind of doctor that we'd all like to have.

The rest room on 2nd floor is atrocious and an embarrassment for Wellstar, doors don,'t work, faucet loose and can't be used and one Tolkien out of use, for those of us who use a walker, it is a challenge
