my appointment was scheduled for 11:30 and I was there at 11:15 as requested. Didn't spend much time in the waiting room before we were escorted to an exam room, but it was a good 45 minutes before the doctor came in. He was very pleasant and made me feel comfortable and I would recommend him to someone like myself who is retired and has enough time to sit in an office for longer than expected.

Waited two months for the appointment to be told you have to wait another month for a nerve test. After test was told you need to see a hand surgeon.No telling how long I have to wait for that appointment. In the meantime no relief for my symptoms other then a prescription for gabapentin that did absolutely nothing for symptoms. It have to be a better way for care for such a large heath care system

The doctor wasn't very familiar with tick-borne illnesses here in Georgia. He said there was very little cases of Lyme in other tick-borne when I know that's not true. He needs to steady up on that.

He had no idea what I was in for. He ran the nerve test on my hand and told me I needed to see a neurologist. The neurology doctor sent us there. I was not told anything else. a complete waste of time.

The Doctor needs to pay attention as he clearly wasn't paying attention, which made my wife and me feel embarrassed and not valued, as I had to repeat myself 2x like he couldn't understand fluent English
