Everything went smoothly. The doctor and the nurses were very nice and polite and they answered some few questions I've ask. One question I did ask got no response was why do they put poison in the medicine and what is the poison do in our body for over periods of time

I just wanted to say Dr. Anderson was very thorough with me and gave me really tailored responses to some of my health concerns. I was able to quickly kind of diagnose the next steps, which was awesome. And also provided an environment where I felt comfortable and safe to share, you know, some of my concerns. So hats off to him. Really thank you very much for having him at the practice. I think that you did a great, great job at selecting him, as well as the front end staff. And then I believe it's one of the nurses named Heather, who was very thorough and also very welcoming as well. So thank you to the entire All-Star West Cobb team. And keep it doing.

Dr. Anderson is a good doctor, as good as a doctor can be in the Wellstar system that is overloaded and in need of a real top down evaluation by outside experts to determine what can be done about a number of institutional problems that have gotten worse with time.

Dr. Anderson's office is one of the best ones that I go to as far as staff and the doctor himself. However, the building's been renovated and it's not, definitely not patient friendly and just doesn't have the same atmosphere. So just a thought for WellStar, whoever's designing, whatever. But as far as Dr. Anderson and his staff and what they do, there's nobody above them. Thank you.

The woman who checked me in kept calling me 'honey', which to an elder woman is a bit of an insult. I really did not appreciate it. I think she should refrain from that verbage to older women. I watched and listened while I waited to be called back, and she did not say that to younger women.
