This is a great practice. My doctor always listens to everything I have to say and gives me his honest opinion on things. I love all the new updates you guys have done to the practice since I've been going there. I've been there for many years. It's always an excellent experience. Thank you.

Dr. Anderson and his staff are very caring, and encouraging. He is such a people person that he doesn't make you feel ashamed but will give you such clear directives even when explaining options with estimation of possible cost. I really believe I am having success even without been on meds for almost three months because of Dr. Anderson's encouragement and game plan for me to achieve my goal. Kudos to Dr. Anderson and his staff.

The walls in the office are now very thin and I could hear the nursing staff outside the office gossiping and complaining and chatting and they really shouldn't be able to do that outside of the hallways because the walls are so thin.

When you know a patient is scheduled for a physical or physical follow-up and will be fasting, it is important to clearly and effectively inform them in advance that one of your main services, the Lab, will be closed. Advising the patient upon their arrival may not be well received and may cause frustration. Especially, when a staff member contradicts your request, stating you were called? Not an empathetic response.

Dr. Anderson was very friendly and attentive to what I needed and what I was there for. He provided me with the best care at that given time. And the front office staff was very courteous and nice. I liked how they told me to feel better soon. Would definitely recommend this place.

I will say that what went well is that the doctor listened to me. He listened to my concerns. We were able to have a two-way conversation instead of the doctor telling me everything, but he heard me out on some of the concerns that I wanted to have about the goals that I was trying to reach. Opportunities was the wait time. I got a call early in the morning to move my appointment up from 4 o'clock to 2:30, and I got there at 2:39, but had to wait over 30 minutes before someone called me in the back. And I almost felt like I should have just kept my 4 o'clock appointment, but I think I just got lost in the shuffle somewhere. So that's the only feedback I have.

Dr. Anderson is very nice and knowledgeable. I really liked him. This office staff was very nice although with the construction going on, everyone just seemed to be hectic. One thing I did not like was that this Building shares the same lobby as pediatrics so sick kids were coming in and running around the lobby coughing, and playing all over the waiting room and the chairs.
