I would say I did appreciate what you, the staff from the triage floor to the physician area, whereby we had a good communication and I would say some kind of better understanding as respect to the procedure and also word explanation or explanation of the various procedures right from the word go. And I also enjoyed what you call your text message and your timely reminder of any kind of procedure ahead. To be frank, I would say I really appreciated your entire exercise and also your entire service. And you can see from my previous feedback that I would definitely, if I'm to give you a percentage, I think I'll go for 100% your customer service.
