I've never taken my kids to a provider and have such a detailed visit. Dr. Rosema covered everything. So engaged my teen daughter like I've never seen a provider do. She listen and when making recommendations she actually elicited my daughter's input. Phenomenal service. I look forward to to seeing her again.

The doctor was very nice and made sure that my kids had everything that they needed took time out to really listen to the issues and assist the issues. The nurse called us back a little bit after ours at appointment time but didn't have to wait too long. The reception is at the desk who helped us was real submissive like she didn't really want to be bothered so that kind of was a bad experience and that was the first time I experienced that there from her or anybody else but she just seem like she was being aggravated when you asked her question and she never want to be bothered with so that kind of gave me a bad taste in my mouth that what made my children's visit not go so great because of that.

Today was my first time in the West Wheeler office. I absolutely love the environment of the waiting area, very kids friendly, and staff energy was excellent. I am glad to say we will be moving to the west wheeler location permanently. We love Dr. Rosema and will move wherever she goes. Definitely love that's she so down to earth, friendly and funny. My daughter is scared of needles but Dr. Rosema was so helpful. He and her staff took great care of both my children today. She's the absolute best pediatrician ever.
