Sign-in staff were rather rude and the wait time was terrible for getting in to see the doctor as well as once we got in the waiting room to see the doctor waiting to see the doctor in the waiting room, I mean in the examining room. It just took forever to see the doctor.

Dr Sharbel He made my appointment very informed about the mass and explained the total procedure. He was great. I usually go to appointments very nervous and anxious if you are thin and just made me feel like I had seen them before. I look forward to the surgery to get this thing off my neck. He's also very very personable, which is a nice cause he took the time. I explained the questions I had so I would definitely recommend him somebody else.

Dr.Scharbel and his nurse were absolutely outstanding. They were patient and caring and put me at ease regarding my upcoming surgery. My wife, son in law and myself were EXTREMELY impressed and grateful that they will be my team.

The experience that I have with Dr. Sharbel's office and with the staff is extremely good. I have no problem with them at all. Time is properly. They're on time for everything. They don't leave in the waiting area long. They get you in, they get you out. They take time to answer questions, making sure that you understand what's going on or what the next appointment is going to be. And I am so excited to have Dr. Sharbel as my son's doctor. Plenty of signs, yet placement was not clear. I met many patients seeking specific areas. Staff could be friendlier. Most behaved as if preoccupied and that they did not want to be bothered. Is everything "self-serve" and disconnected from human-centered healthcare? Why didn't my provider have access to my medical records? I've had this appointment scheduled for six months. What exactly does the VA voucher entail other than meager payments for service?
