When I arrived, it was obvious that I had limited mobility due to a sprained ankle, yet I was given zero assistance-both entering and exiting the establishment. I was not offered any help, accommodations, or even basic pain relief while I was there. This experience was frustrating and made an already painful situation worse.

The person at the front desk isn't very helpful, especially if you arrive feeling unwell, and it's not easy to get your information entered into WellStar system before being seen someone. I wish they would offer more assistance to patients, although I understand that they deal with many not easy people who are sometimes not very pleasant. On the other hand, the health technicians and the doctor provide EXCELLENT care; they are very professional, kind, and clear with their instructions. I like them. Thank you.
