I visited this office for the first time because my primary care physician is currently on maternity leave. Unfortunately, this was one of the most disappointing healthcare experiences I have ever had. I recently sustained an injury while out of town and scheduled this appointment to follow up with my primary care team regarding my condition and ongoing care. Instead of feeling heard and supported, I felt that my concerns were dismissed. After I informed the physician that there is pending legal action related to my injury, the level of care and concern I received seemed to change significantly. That was extremely discouraging. Legal matters should never influence the quality of medical care a patient receives. Healthcare providers have an obligation to treat every patient with professionalism, compassion, and unbiased medical judgment, regardless of whether an injury involves an insurance claim or legal proceedings. This experience has caused me to lose confidence in this office and has made me seriously consider transferring my care away from Wellstar. I expected empathy, thoroughness, and patient-centered care, but unfortunately, that was not my experience

I'm somewhat disturbed about the waiting practices. If my appointment is at 1:15, I expect to be seen at 1:15. If you want me there early and I'm there early, I should be seen. Additionally, when the support staff isn't doing anything, they should not be out front walking around and talking with the other team members because it looks as though that nobody is doing anything. We can't tell if you're on break or not. We come there to be seen and we don't know who does what. Waiting is no fun. We come to the doctor's office for help and that's what we're looking for, not people walking around making our time there even longer, if that matters. Thank you.

The front office staff at the WellSTAR off Camp Creek was amazing. Front desk staff were very courteous, very easy to communicate with, very easy to talk to. My wait time was maybe five minutes. The nursing assistant was, bedside manner was good, was outstanding actually. Very attentive to what my concerns were. Also, Dr. Kim was awesome as well. Good bedside manner. Asked me what my level of comfort was with everything. Checked everything. Good with conversation.

I appreciate how the front office staff was so accommodating this morning and squeezing me in the schedule when I needed to be seen. It's very hard to be seen by a primary care doctor nowadays, especially at the last minute and the staff went above and beyond to assist me in finding an appointment. The clinical staff were nice and pleasant and the office is very clean. My provider was very thorough and took his time in going through my medical history and explaining all the services available to me. I am very pleased with the service I received!

The front office staff at the WellSTAR off Camp Creek was amazing. Front desk staff were very courteous, very easy to communicate with, very easy to talk to. My wait time was maybe five minutes. The nursing assistant was, bedside manner was good, was outstanding actually. Very attentive to what my concerns were. Also, Dr. Kim was awesome as well. Good bedside manner. Asked me what my level of comfort was with everything. Checked everything. Good with conversation.

I'm somewhat disturbed about the waiting practices. If my appointment is at 1:15, I expect to be seen at 1:15. If you want me there early and I'm there early, I should be seen. Additionally, when the support staff isn't doing anything, they should not be out front walking around and talking with the other team members because it looks as though that nobody is doing anything. We can't tell if you're on break or not. We come there to be seen and we don't know who does what. Waiting is no fun. We come to the doctor's office for help and that's what we're looking for, not people walking around making our time there even longer, if that matters. Thank you.

I visited this office for the first time because my primary care physician is currently on maternity leave. Unfortunately, this was one of the most disappointing healthcare experiences I have ever had. I recently sustained an injury while out of town and scheduled this appointment to follow up with my primary care team regarding my condition and ongoing care. Instead of feeling heard and supported, I felt that my concerns were dismissed. After I informed the physician that there is pending legal action related to my injury, the level of care and concern I received seemed to change significantly. That was extremely discouraging. Legal matters should never influence the quality of medical care a patient receives. Healthcare providers have an obligation to treat every patient with professionalism, compassion, and unbiased medical judgment, regardless of whether an injury involves an insurance claim or legal proceedings. This experience has caused me to lose confidence in this office and has made me seriously consider transferring my care away from Wellstar. I expected empathy, thoroughness, and patient-centered care, but unfortunately, that was not my experience
