I hope that we develop a long-lasting relationship and he can just give me some tips about health and certain things that I can do even at home or, you know, before my visit. I visited this office for the first time because my primary care physician is currently on maternity leave. Unfortunately, this was one of the most disappointing healthcare experiences I have ever had. I recently sustained an injury while out of town and scheduled this appointment to follow up with my primary care team regarding my condition and ongoing care. Instead of feeling heard and supported, I felt that my concerns were dismissed. After I informed the physician that there is pending legal action related to my injury, the level of care and concern I received seemed to change significantly. That was extremely discouraging. Legal matters should never influence the quality of medical care a patient receives. Healthcare providers have an obligation to treat every patient with professionalism, compassion, and unbiased medical judgment, regardless of whether an injury involves an insurance claim or legal proceedings. This experience has caused me to lose confidence in this office and has made me seriously consider transferring my care away from Wellstar. I expected empathy, thoroughness, and patient-centered care, but unfortunately, that was not my experience

I'm somewhat disturbed about the waiting practices. If my appointment is at 1:15, I expect to be seen at 1:15. If you want me there early and I'm there early, I should be seen. Additionally, when the support staff isn't doing anything, they should not be out front walking around and talking with the other team members because it looks as though that nobody is doing anything. We can't tell if you're on break or not. We come there to be seen and we don't know who does what. Waiting is no fun. We come to the doctor's office for help and that's what we're looking for, not people walking around making our time there even longer, if that matters. Thank you.

Healthcare providers have an obligation to treat every patient with professionalism, compassion, and unbiased medical judgment, regardless of whether an injury involves an insurance claim or legal proceedings. This experience has caused me to lose confidence in this office and has made me seriously consider transferring my care away from Wellstar. I expected empathy, thoroughness, and patient-centered care, but unfortunately, that was not my experience

Dr. Kim was very knowledgeable. I can tell he is very smart. He's very educated. And most importantly, he's very concerned with the information that he was giving to me. He was very knowledgeable when I asked him questions. He showed full display of patience, which is very rare from a lot of doctors. I'm very excited to have Dr. Kim as my new primary doctor. I hope that we develop a long-lasting relationship and he can just give me some tips about health and certain things that I can do even at home or, you know, before my visit. So I'm just very pleased and very thankful that I actually ran into Dr. Kim because I think that he is a sincere doctor and I wish him God's blessings, longevity, education, and just his mindset about medicine and other things that will further help his education. So I'm very satisfied.
