Front office staff members were attentive and courteous. They were extremely thorough in what was next and what to expect. The MA, Jessalyn I think was her name, was also very concise in her communication and gave clear directions and expectations for how the visit would go. Daniel, PA was patient and exhaustive in his exam and ensured all bases were covered. He laid out the treatment plan and made sure I was comfortable with the next steps. He didn't rush out of the room and gave me ample time to digest the information and ask questions. This office visit was a 10/10 from start to finish. Even the orders placed for outside services were scheduled within 48 hours.

He was more worried about my weight than listening to what the problem was I told him the sensitive areas in my lower back and then right after telling him he pushed so hard made me come out of my chair and his comment to me was I'm sorry maybe I shouldn't do that to my patients. Had no care in the world about trying to help with the issues I'm having just because I'm over weight does not mean that is the reason to all my problems. He's very inconsiderate and rude and I will not return
