Every time I take my child to an appointment with Dr. Daliani, we always receive very good care, excellent care from her medical assistant and from Dr. Daliani, from all the staff at WestTown.

In all thirteen years of coming there, this is the longest we have ever had to wait. It was a well check visit and we waited almost an hour in the waiting room and then more waiting after being placed in a room. We were told it was because an exam room had to be vacant for an hour before another patient was allowed entry because someone with a communicable disease had been in that room. I appreciate this precaution, but you should have another room available!
