She gave some cause and effects when she really felt very research supported or evidence-based research supported, which I really appreciate. The nurse was very friendly. Both nurses or they were very friendly. Even the receptionists, they were friendly as well when it came to booking the appointment. So everyone was very, very, there was bedside manners, which is important for me. And I really appreciate more importantly that Dr. Ngwainmbi had an opportunity to hear my concerns and validate some areas of concern and just confirm other, you know, concerns as well. So she was, again, very supportive.
