Scheduling is getting worse on a yearly basis. I waited, I was there early, shown to the room immediately, and waited an hour. There's something really wrong with WellSTAR scheduling practices at this point. Also, this is the second year in a row that the doctor has canceled on me and I've had to see a nurse practitioner. So not happy about that either. The nurses are very, very good, but not happy with how this is going.
