I'm not gonna say that all departments are like this, but this rheumatologist department is excellent, so far. The doctor I see, and his team have been helpful, courteous and supportive to all of my concerns. I love getting direct communication with my doctor via email through the messaging portal option. He always responds within a day or so ...if not that day. I could not ask for a better experience compared to some stories. I've heard in regards to some rheumatologist, not caring. This is not one of them.

I was very satisfied with my visit, starting from registration to the nurses helping and Dr. Hoffer. I enjoyed the visit because everything was explained, everything was clear, any questions I had was answered and I wasn't made to feel like I had to go one way or the other. And I would definitely recommend if the need occurred for family members or friends. Again, Dr. Hoffer and the whole situation was really not that any hospital, any exams are magnificent, but this one was really a pleasant situation.

He is very light, very polite, and I wish y'all could give him the highest, low highest point that I could give him. He is a good person, good doctor. He'll listen to you. He'll talk to you. He'll talk to you at your language. Instead of up high, high blue where you can't understand a word of what he means and everything. He is an excellent doctor. And I want you to tell him his patient, Brittany Yeoman, said he was. I love him and the staff. And you can't ask for nothing no better than that.

I got lost going into the facility, but there was some very good faculty staff that help me get to where I need to be and the doctor was so so good very concerning listen to me very carefully and I really appreciate that because you don't get that good service everywhere you go anyway you go and I am so blessed to be introduced to them have a great day.
