I always have a good experience when I visit WellSTAR primary care on Fairview Road in Douglasville. I think the care is exceptional. The people are very professional. I don't see anything that you can improve on. Even my wait time was very acceptable. I arrived a few minutes early. And within a few minutes, they're already calling me back. So I think they did an excellent job. Thanks and you guys keep up the good work.

I wasn't expecting the I received as I wasn't able to get appointment with my primary doctor. I was pleasantly surprised to be seen by the doctor assisting me. She was pleasant, informative, listen and ask questions, also gave me information on how to proceed with my problem. I will DEFINITELY be using your facility with my future medical needs. It was my first visit. The desk attendants were friendly and helpful. The wait was short. My nurse, Allie (sp?) was nice. She was very warm as she assessed my meds and vitals. Then I met Colleen Anthony, MSN FNP-C, and enjoyed her tremendously. We discussed my medial history, meds, and needs. She explained things I needed to know about my health, and I felt that she saw me, felt me, and was genuinely interested in educating treating, and guiding me in my health journey. I left feeling uplifted and felt very lucky to have found the practice.
