Out of the many visits I have had here, this was by far the best one. I got to sit and have a real conversation with my doctor. I was able to express my concerns and felt heard. I just wish all my former appointments could have been this awesome.

The provider and his staff, with the exception of appointments, is very good. However, when it comes to scheduling appointments and getting back to us, that's where the ball gets dropped sometimes. So we think that area could be improved upon.

Dr McLeod spent a lot of time adjusting my husband's DBS; he listens to what's going on with Steve and made appropriate adjustments to meds. This time we did not have to wait an hour to see him, a nice change. But I realize he gives all his patients thorough care and attention so we will wait if need be. We really appreciate all his time. Also enjoyed and liked Dr Ajay Sethi.

He was very nice. He told me everything that was wrong. He also told me I did not have Parkinson's, which I thought I had. He confirmed that, made me feel a lot better. He went over everything with me and everything I needed to ask, he had an answer for. And if I didn't, they found out. Thank you.

I responded to the text requesting a reschedule. The office called me to tell me that someone would contact me later to reschedule. They sent me another text message saying the same thing and asking me again if I wanted to reschedule. I responded again saying yes. They never responded back and by that time it was time for the original appointment. The doctor's office called me to start the telephone call. I told him that I had tried to reschedule the appointment twice now. He said that he would have someone contact me later to reschedule.
