I have paid my bill twice with cash at this office and both times they did not have any change and had to go somewhere else in the building to get change. This time my check-in was not completed until the staff member came back with my change ($5) 20 minutes later. I really feel that it should not be such a big deal to pay in cash.

You can most improve by checking the staff at the front desk. They take forever to check you in. And when you leave a message for the doctor, they never return your call. Jasmine does absolutely nothing when you call. So if you want to improve your service, start with the people that work. Dr. McLeod is a very good doctor. Unfortunately, getting checked in and getting to the staff is very frustrating.

Incredible respect and appreciation for the entire team. My father's health is gently declining and even transport is now difficult. The entire team gave him the attention and medical care he needs and deserves. They are always caring and empathetic while exuding excellent personal medical care and compassion.

Dr. McLeod was wonderful. He said that I should've come seen a neurologist years ago. He is going to work on my problem like a puzzle piece by piece. I can't wait to see him again to see what progress we've made after his treatment plan.

We arrived 15 minutes early as requested and were called back within 20 minutes. The medical student and resident came in shortly after and spent about 30 minutes with us going over meds, Parkinson's symptoms, etc. We then waited approximately 1 1/2 to 2 hours to actually see the doctor. Our total time from check in to check out was exactly 3 hours. It wore my husband out.

I didn't see my provider. I arrived at 9 am for my 9:30 appointment. I was checked in at 9:15. I waited until 11am and approached the check-in staff asking why I had not been seen yet. They said they would check with the clinical staff and let me know what the problem was. About 15 minutes later the check in staff informed me that they had not informed the clinical staff that I was there and apologized. They said I was next to be seen but after waiting another short while I was unable to wait any longer as I had other appointments to keep that day.
