I didn't see my provider. I arrived at 9 am for my 9:30 appointment. I was checked in at 9:15. I waited until 11am and approached the check-in staff asking why I had not been seen yet. They said they would check with the clinical staff and let me know what the problem was. About 15 minutes later the check in staff informed me that they had not informed the clinical staff that I was there and apologized. They said I was next to be seen but after waiting another short while I was unable to wait any longer as I had other appointments to keep that day.

Dr. McLeod is a real professional He goes beyond to make sure he is treating my reajustment of my DBS precisely and effectively I appreciate Dr. Sethi's attention to my treatment as well. Well, they both are pretty close to walking on water! I mean it!
