Dr. McLeod is a very knowledgeable doctor that picks up on neurological things that I haven't been told by other physicians in the past. He's also kind. It's very important as a patient for me to to know I can trust my doctor and that their kind. It ranks up there with intelligence for me.

Dr McLeod spent a lot of time adjusting my husband's DBS; he listens to what's going on with Steve and made appropriate adjustments to meds. This time we did not have to wait an hour to see him, a nice change. But I realize he gives all his patients thorough care and attention so we will wait if need be. We really appreciate all his time. Also enjoyed and liked Dr Ajay Sethi.

He was very nice. He told me everything that was wrong. He also told me I did not have Parkinson's, which I thought I had. He confirmed that, made me feel a lot better. He went over everything with me and everything I needed to ask, he had an answer for. And if I didn't, they found out. Thank you.

I responded to the text requesting a reschedule. The office called me to tell me that someone would contact me later to reschedule. They sent me another text message saying the same thing and asking me again if I wanted to reschedule. I responded again saying yes. They never responded back and by that time it was time for the original appointment. The doctor's office called me to start the telephone call. I told him that I had tried to reschedule the appointment twice now. He said that he would have someone contact me later to reschedule.

He listened to me. He answered all of my questions. He tried to reassure me that he would find as much information as he could. He even referred me to another specialist that he worked with on cases such as mine. He made me feel very safe and very secure in his treatment. He spent a lot of time with me. He wasn't rushed or hurried. He didn't talk down to me.
