Dr McLeod presented my options and his recommendation. He provided a written description of my situation for me to share and counsel my primary care and my cardiologist.

After years of paying my contracted co-pay for services administered, I was told that a charge of $120 for "HOSPITAL OUTPATIENT" was effective. This is beyond my contracted insurance payment by- passing the established system. I protested and was told to speak with 'BILLING". I shall do so.
