Pre-visit instructions were not provided. I was expected to drink up to 36oz of water, PRIOR to the visit, so the bladder would be full. Upon arrival to my appointment it was determined that I was not ready to start. The front office staff did provide water and I was able to drink enough to accomplish the requirements. This additional step made my appointment time delayed by 30 minutes.

front office staff, doctors, PAs, all level of administrative folks, always professional, always very pleasant. I don't love going to the doctor, but if I had to choose, I would go to one that had a bunch of folks like that that care about you.

She is the third professional I have seen for my problem, but the first that cared about taking care of me rather than just giving me a prescription and sending me on my way.
