The pill took effect quickly. I don't know if it was the reaction that I had glaucoma. When I went down the stairs, I went down to the top floor and hit the corner of the wall on the right side of my hip.

Dr.Allen was easy to talk to. She was caring and concerned with making sure she had information about my past medical history and present medical problems will be taken care of.

The facility was nice and clean and the staff was very friendly. I am a new patient. I just moved here from South Florida and I'm very happy with the staff and with that Allen.

I was terribly apprehensive about my visit to meet the new doctor, even though I'd heard nothing, but excellent or raving reviews about her! She was on point in the area of delightful positivity, professionalism and a knack for calming ones nervousness and making you feel right at home! She answered all my questions.. One thing she did was to peep in the room on her way to another patient was to ask, if she'd answered all of my concerns. She gave me hope, that I was going to be okay a second time. Guess what?? She personally called me the next morning! I guess that's the WELL STAR WAY!!

The nurse that took my vitals didn't have great customer service and wasn't hospitable like the rest of the staff. But the front desk, check out those in Dr. Allen most definitely had great customer service.
