Christie and Shay are skilled, friendly professionals that made my visit as nearly perfect as can be expected. There is always a chance that urology appointments can be embarrassing, but their careful, confident instructions and explanations prevented this from being an issue.

The process has not been handled well from having to reschedule the biopsy due to not caring for defibrillator to hearing from Urologist 11 business days after the biopsy. Now I have to coordinate meetings with the surgeon and oncologist.

I was told that a mechanical urinary abnormality (per the test that THEY ran) and based on prolonged and continuing significantly debilitating symptoms was now "pyschosomatic". This was only one of many blatantly false and/or highly offensive and dismissive statements made by this provider.

I went to see a doctor to have a catheter removed. Instead I was stuck with a PA who thought it needed to be retained for two weeks additional. Why are we not told in.advance we don't get to see a doctor and pay the same copay for a PA?,,
