Ms Christy Fox was extremely professional and very personable during this visit. I felt that she listened intently to my concerns and arranged further testing during the visit to determine any issues present. She was easy to talk to and I would certainly recommend her to friends and family.

I was given three different prices for cash pay. Had to accept the one in the middle. Unacceptable!! Take Cigna and this would not be a problem

I'm assuming overbooking caused me to wait 3 hours. My PA was rushed trying to see all the patients that was booked.. I love my PA. I don't like waiting. I think if I am given an appointment time....I should be seen as close to the time as possible. I understand things happen....but I don't get out much because I don't like being around people. It wasn't a great day. I was ready to go when my PA came back in. I can understand if my PA feels overwhelmed. I love my PA. I'm come to the conclusion overbooking was the problem.

The professional and support staff are excellent. Dr. Conkright always seems to have time to listen to ALL of my symptoms and he doesn't make me feel rushed. He's the best in Augusta. Today, I saw April, the PA. She was very thorough and spent time as I explained my continuing issues that recently worsened. She gave me prescriptions, and she stated she would consult with Dr. Conkright. I would be glad to see her again.
