I'm assuming overbooking caused me to wait 3 hours. My PA was rushed trying to see all the patients that was booked.. I love my PA. I don't like waiting. I think if I am given an appointment time....I should be seen as close to the time as possible. I understand things happen....but I don't get out much because I don't like being around people. It wasn't a great day. I was ready to go when my PA came back in. I can understand if my PA feels overwhelmed. I love my PA. I'm come to the conclusion overbooking was the problem.

Today, I saw April, the PA. She was very thorough and spent time as I explained my continuing issues that recently worsened. She gave me prescriptions, and she stated she would consult with Dr. Conkright. I would be glad to see her again.
