Our visit was very easy at the Wellstar Grove Town location. The provider was quick and efficient and the staff that took care of us prior to going back was great.

My experience was terrible. I didn't get help at all. I was sent away and told that they could do nothing for me and to go to the ER.

I spent 220 dollars just for them to sit me down and tell me to go to the emergency room and didn't get a refund

I was very rushed and an inconvience. Saw the dr for less than 3 minutes, he listened to my chest and glanced at my throat from 3 feet away. Told me nothing but viral infection and dismissed me. Didn't look at my ears, didn't do any test for flu or Covid, or listen to me that my symptoms were getting worse. Told me my green phlegm meant nothing and there was no need for further testing or antibiotics (which no meds is fine, but I would have appreciated testing since I was about to host my elderly aunt at my home, as she was traveling)

Was not given enough of my medication, Cipro to complete my UTI. 3 days is not enough. When I return for more medicine, they want me to have the urine checked to make sure it is the correct drug! That means making yet another trip to the doctors, for more tests and medication. These Urgent care centers are popping up everywhere. This facility had a real doctor for a change! Most places they have a PA or register nurse and a check with a doctor online to answer any questions of the people working at that facility. .
