Parking is a mess. We drove in circles through parking garage as we could not find a parking spot. Had no clue how to get to your office as the directions said to park in Building 4H but there is no such building. I waited entirely too long for an appointment. Your referral process for the VA Community Care is confusing and nobody knows how the referral process works. I thought I was seeing a regular ENT doctor but he is a surgeon. He normally works out of VA so why didn't I just see him at the VA? Nobody seems to be able to answer that question. If I would have gone through VA I could have seen that exact same doctor months ago?

The doctor was very Curtis his staff was courteous and they treated me with care and I like a doctor this like that the whole staff was great and I felt very wonderful when I left from there I still have a lot more treatments to do but I felt good
