The provider I saw, Chris Hall and his nurse were amazing. The receptionist/greeter was very cold and rude. I've been coming here a while at that was the first time I felt unwelcome from the reception. I got there a little early cause I figured I had paperwork but I guess I was 'too early' was then made to wait ( I was one of just TWO in the whole waiting room) and when i went back up, sure enough, I had paperwork to sign BUT I didn't see any of the documents I was to sign, it was all on the computer screen. I don't like that and won't do that again. If I can't see the documents I won't sign them.
