Chis always listens and knows my history. He has caught some issues I was unaware of and sent me in the right direction. Specifically- I had something in my throat. He referred me to an ENT- the doctor was impressed that Chris had caught it. I had a procedure to remove and have been fine ever since. I also like being able to come in on Saturday.

This experience was excellent. Chris Hall is a phenomenal clinician. I can't recommend the PRACTICE at this time due to severe delays in getting referrals processed. Getting medications called in has been a 50/50 experience usually taking multiple calls

And the staff and the phlebotomist tech, she was great. I didn't even feel the stick. So I rate this practice a 100. They get 10s across the board. They were great. I'm really happy with them. Staff were courteous and helpful. However, I didn't notice the electronic check in system until the staff pointed it out. A sign indicating that you need to check in on the machine would be helpful

I asked upon arrival whether urgent care could stitch up my dog bite and I showed the wound to the person behind the desk. She assured me that they could handle my needs. We were charged $50 co-pay and then waited. When the physicians assistant finally got to our room. He came in and said there was nothing he could do because you can't stitch a dog bite due to infection. He said he would never touch this case. He then referred me to Doctor's Hospital wound care. The PA said he would refund the charge but he did not. I am furious about having to pay $50. BTW, doctors hospital was great! Very disappointed with Wellstar.
