I was taken care fast by my provider but i was sent to get a x ray n had to leave the office n come back twice because the order was still pending on the computer for more than 25 minutes.

I'm a patient of Dr Van Alstine but I've seen Chris a few times over the years when Dr Van was unavailable. I really like both guys and would highly recommend both. I trust them both to take the time to study my issues and figure out a successful plan. I highly recommend Chris to anyone. Great provider.

The provider I saw, Chris Hall and his nurse were amazing. The receptionist/greeter was very cold and rude. I've been coming here a while at that was the first time I felt unwelcome from the reception. I got there a little early cause I figured I had paperwork but I guess I was 'too early' was then made to wait ( I was one of just TWO in the whole waiting room) and when i went back up, sure enough, I had paperwork to sign BUT I didn't see any of the documents I was to sign, it was all on the computer screen. I don't like that and won't do that again. If I can't see the documents I won't sign them.
