If there's any special instructions that I should, or things I should do like fast before my appointment, it would be nice that with the 15 text messages and emails that I get saying that I have an appointment coming up, that somewhere in those, that it's mentioned that, you know, these instructions that I need to do prior to coming to the appointment. Staff were courteous and helpful. However, I didn't notice the electronic check in system until the staff pointed it out. A sign indicating that you need to check in on the machine would be helpful

I asked upon arrival whether urgent care could stitch up my dog bite and I showed the wound to the person behind the desk. She assured me that they could handle my needs. We were charged $50 co-pay and then waited. When the physicians assistant finally got to our room. He came in and said there was nothing he could do because you can't stitch a dog bite due to infection. He said he would never touch this case. He then referred me to Doctor's Hospital wound care. The PA said he would refund the charge but he did not. I am furious about having to pay $50. BTW, doctors hospital was great! Very disappointed with Wellstar.

Chris Hall, PA, has been the best provider I have ever had for PCP. He is so thoughtful and listens carefully. I never feel rushed and in fact if I ever had to wait for Chris I'd know it's because he had to spend additional time with another patient - and I would want that for them!! Chris has treated me in a number of critical times with such amazing service I just couldn't ask for more! He was so informative about what other providers in the network could help me with my nerve pain but was also respectful about my choose to use some other providers I know personally. Dr. Van Alstine would proud of the service I received today. The front desk, namely the nice lady I spoke with when leaving was extremely helpful. The nurse that treated me showed me dignity and care... today was an excellent example of the care you can expect from this practice!

I went to office at 2:30. Office was dark and was advised no medical providers would be there until after 5. Came back at 5 and waited until 5:30 to be seen. Provider walked in. Did not listen to my concerns. Gave a strep test that I advised was not needed and a culture. Test negative and advised he didnt want to prescribe antibiotics until the culture came back hopefully Monday. It's Tuesday evening no results. I was so disappointed and put off that we went straight to the ER. 30 min in and out of ER. Diagnosed with Assess and cyst in mouth. Antibiotics prescribed. This is the first time I have been disappointed with this office but don't unfortunetly it out weighs the positive

We were charged $50 co-pay and then waited. When the physicians assistant finally got to our room. The PA said he would refund the charge but he did not. I am furious about having to pay $50. BTW, doctors hospital was great! Very disappointed with Wellstar.

He came in and said there was nothing he could do because you can't stitch a dog bite due to infection. He said he would never touch this case. He then referred me to Doctor's Hospital wound care. The PA said he would refund the charge but he did not. I am furious about having to pay $50. BTW, doctors hospital was great! Very disappointed with Wellstar.

If there's any special instructions that I should, or things I should do like fast before my appointment, it would be nice that with the 15 text messages and emails that I get saying that I have an appointment coming up, that somewhere in those, that it's mentioned that, you know, these instructions that I need to do prior to coming to the appointment. That's all I got.
