I did have to go back and forth to the waiting area a couple of times and wait on tests and so forth in a room to be available. Maybe it was just a busy day, but it was a little bit more busier than usual.

The app made it some convenient to be able to get an appt. Then walking into the clinic, not having all the information i needed to do an kiosk checkin the Frontdesk/office personal was willing to assist and update the information we needed without prejudice and I was very appreciative of that. (I have experienced something harsh at another location for the same things however certain scenarios dont allow you to have ssn and a physical card.) However it was definitely a different experience, then the Provider was prompt and understanding to our concerns.

I was hoping a little more would have been done regarding my son's foot. His father is a physician and can get him on antibiotics. I was hoping for imaging of some sort but that wasn't offered. It would have put my mind at ease. We spent a whole visit, which will cost hundreds of dollars, just to be asked a couple questions and to get a prescription for antibiotics. The doctor was nice but the whole thing just wasn't worth it.

You need to improve on the time that we waited on the waiting room. My appointment was at 4 to 10. I didn't get to see the doctor until 12. Normally, I should be able to see them within a reasonable time frame. You can't get an appointment. And I've been coming there for a long time, and I don't like that. I always can never see my primary doctor. I always have to get someone else. But I do love Chris Hall because she's attentive. And that's all I can say on that.
