I've been a patient for a little over a year and in that time each and every visit has earned top honors with no caveats. One is greeted with a smile, check in is quick and easy, and one is brought into the examination room on time. Dr Mills' assistant runs through the check on vitals and review of clinical information efficiently and with yet another smile. If there are any additional test needed before the visit with Dr Mills, those are done promptly. In addition to yet another smile, the technician is ready with knowledgeable information and answers to any other questions I may have. All of this is quickly followed by the visit with Dr Mills. She always receives the award for the greatest smile in the office, which is no easy feat. After she gives me the run down on the latest state of my health, what she's watching and why, how I can get skin-in-the-game and help myself with better and more regular habit and habit changes, there's always sufficient time for my questions. I know that Dr Mills is a busy professional and is managing multiple, critical and often urgent demands on her time. Yet, during the visits, she is focused on me as if I were the only patient on her schedule that day. I am one happy fellow and am blessed to be under her care.
