Christine, my primary care provider, was excellent. She did a fantastic job. I really appreciated her. However, when I went into the lab, the person that stuck me was horrific and stuck me so bad that I've got a huge, huge bruise, and it just was a horrible experience in the lab taking the actual blood. It was, she jabbed me, and by the time she jabbed me, there wasn't no going back. So I just didn't say anything. She was at least fast at getting it done, but she was horrible at sticking me. It's a bad experience on the stick. All right, thanks.

When I got to Imagining, they didn't have my x-ray order. They said they couldn't call Primary Care, so I had to walk upstairs - on the injured foot that was the subject of my visit and subsequent x-ray - to tell them. This has also happened in the past, but with lab work for my autistic (which we ended up skipping because we had to get him to work). You're very good about getting your money in advance, but not always so good with actual delivery of services.
