When I got to Imagining, they didn't have my x-ray order. They said they couldn't call Primary Care, so I had to walk upstairs - on the injured foot that was the subject of my visit and subsequent x-ray - to tell them. This has also happened in the past, but with lab work for my autistic (which we ended up skipping because we had to get him to work). You're very good about getting your money in advance, but not always so good with actual delivery of services.

I have used the same PCP for many, many years and this is my first experience without my other PCP. And I definitely will use her again and also in the lab. The lady who did my labs was very, very good. She took time. I'm a hard stick and she took a lot of time to make sure she only had to stick me one time and I do appreciate that very much. So it was a positive experience all the way around.
