Hi, WellStar team. I would like to thank you guys for your, number one, I am a brand new patient of WellSTAR and thank you for squeezing me in on a same day appointment with the health concerns that I had going on. Was definitely like very scared and fearful of what could be wrong and Christine, my nurse practitioner, was super, super patient and nice, took the time to really listen to what I was saying, what I was going through, casted a whole bunch of tests. And although we haven't really gotten to the bottom of what is causing what was going on, you know, we were able to rule out certain things that could have been going on, which I very much appreciate. I also really love the MyChart portal and Christine's very promptness of responding when I had a question and definitely very much appreciate the quick turnaround time with the blood work. That's the fastest I've ever seen blood work return.

Christine, my primary care provider, was excellent. She did a fantastic job. I really appreciated her. However, when I went into the lab, the person that stuck me was horrific and stuck me so bad that I've got a huge, huge bruise, and it just was a horrible experience in the lab taking the actual blood. It was, she jabbed me, and by the time she jabbed me, there wasn't no going back. So I just didn't say anything. She was at least fast at getting it done, but she was horrible at sticking me. It's a bad experience on the stick. All right, thanks.

When I got to Imagining, they didn't have my x-ray order. They said they couldn't call Primary Care, so I had to walk upstairs - on the injured foot that was the subject of my visit and subsequent x-ray - to tell them. This has also happened in the past, but with lab work for my autistic (which we ended up skipping because we had to get him to work). You're very good about getting your money in advance, but not always so good with actual delivery of services.
