When I go in to meet with her, she listens to me, looks me in the eye, hexual research with me. Like, I know she cares about me. She's called me and been excited when we find answers. It feels like what a relationship with your caregiver should be. So really appreciate her and I can't imagine to go to anyone else. So please thank her for me.

This medical practice needs to have additional training which includes CEUs and simulations, in order to appropriately care for their patients. At this point this facility has a significant knowledge deficit, in various areas that they manage for their patients on a regular basis, which makes medical error(s) more likely to occur. A new medical director who has appropriate experience and medical knowledge is a critical need for this facility. Making these changes would vastly improve patient outcomes and patients' quality of life.

This location needs to be urgent care. There are no close facilities for radiology, electrocardiography, minor microbiology, and other resources needed in this area. The health care providers are excellent and communicate well. They just do not have the resources needed to exercise their expertise. Many in Greenville would recommend urgent care facility be incorporated into this community. Wellstar has the facility and the staff. Please give them much needed resources.
