My NP Christie McCauley was extremely condescending in speaking with me. There was a scheduling mistake and she was unwilling to help rectify, just kept reading the computer screen to me. TERRIBLE bedside manner!!!

The NP also revisited my history as to how it's related to today's check up. Just as important, she was kind and professional which made me comfortable.
