My NP Christie McCauley was extremely condescending in speaking with me. There was a scheduling mistake and she was unwilling to help rectify, just kept reading the computer screen to me. TERRIBLE bedside manner!!!

The visit went well as NP was very thorough. This included questions about any present concerns with any health issues related to the reason for my follow up appointment. The NP also revisited my history as to how it's related to today's check up. Just as important, she was kind and professional which made me comfortable.

I would have liked information prior to my first immunotherapy as to what to expect. I was under the impression I had to stay for 2 hours. Had to call my husband to get me. I also didn't know if I could eat or drink prior to procedure. Everyone is wonderful and caring including my doctor
