These people are top shelf and represent a perfect benchmark for Wellstar!! The ladies at the desk who signed me in were so courteous and efficient. Kedarrah took me back, checked my vitals and went through my history - she has a wonderful interaction style that helped me get my BP down to normal. She is perfect in her position. Finally, Christi was so knowledgeable, confident and thorough in her exam - I left the appt feeling calm and confident with my care team and the care plan Christi has put forth. I wish they were at Kennestone but I also don't mind driving for this kind of care. ??????????

I am always happy with my visits to this office. Everyone is always kind, courteous, and professional. Never a bad experience. My only concern is, while I understand Wellstar's need for payment, I can't always afford to do that, at the same time as my visit. I was pushed into making a prepayment at the time of my visit, that I truly couldn't afford to make at that time. My only income is social security, and I am at the point where I'm having a hard time paying for all of my medications, and my groceries, for the month. When I am able to, I have no problem choosing to pay on my medical bills. I don't like debt! But, being pushed into it after I stated that I couldn't afford to, at the time, I still had to make a prepayment. I feared that I was going to be turned away, as the person at the front desk kept asking me to pay. I was first asked for even a 5. or $10.00 payment. I agreed to $5. Then, she went into the payment system, and it would only accept a payment of $13.79 I didn't feel like I had a choice, and didn't want to be turned away, since I was already there. With my bills being what they are, I literally have just $200. leftover, to buy staples/groceries for the months of July and August. That's really difficult, when I have prescribed medication to fill this month, that will cost me between $113. and 114.00 dollars. This is my dilemma!!
