I specifically called to make an appointment to get my pap smear. The appointment was scheduled and only to find out after my visit that the pap smear was not performed cause i was not within the year range. This should have been communicated to me at the time of making my appointment, as my past medical records were available. While at the office, I mentioned to the nurse I wanted to get a UTI test, so she asked me to drop a urine sample. Now 2 weeks later, none of the above were performed.

I specifically called to make an appointment to get my pap smear. The appointment was scheduled and only to find out after my visit that the pap smear was not performed cause i was not within the year range.
