Overall my Preop appointment was great. It was much better than my initial appointment. I walked in the preop nervous, but NP Christa calmed me down. She answered just about every one of my questions. When she wasn't able to answer a specific question, she explained who was best to direct my question to. We started the visit on time. She was patient. No complaints from this visit.
