I was told to sign on through my chart. He contacted me through Doximity. I did not get the message so I was waiting through the my chart link for 45 minutes before his office called me to tell me that's not how they connect. Why would his office tell methis is how they do it when it's not. I am very happy with Dr. Popat, but the communication regarding an online. This is how they do it when it's not. I am very happy with Dr. Popat, but the communication regarding a online visit was not helpful at all.
