It appears that the office staff takes lunch at the same time. They need to put a sign up to indicate this to the customer. I would suggest that they could also put a pad down, so customers can sign in. Then when they return, they can address the customer as they initially arrived

The staff at Ear, Nose, and Throat was very professional from check-in. The MAs were so bubbly and caring, and they listened to you. Chelsea was awesome. She is a phenomenal nurse practitioner. I would recommend her to anyone. This is the best practice I have been to.
