She was particularly patient today when I brought both of my boys and careful not to force anything, but also just, you know, be considerate of them as well as doing, you know, the best job that she could do. The front desk lady was an angel to me. She helped get my CT scan to NP Chelsea before my appointment. She was kind to me- that means a lot! NP Brittany in Audiology was very patient and listened to all the information about my symptoms (a lot) and was thorough to a fault. MA Shakira was kind and professional while taking my vitals checking my blood pressure in three positions. NP Chelsea was patient, really listened to all the symptoms, informed me, gathered information for me and issued a plan to move forward in finding answers. I left feeling more confident and hopeful. Thank you!
