Everybody from the front office staff to the assistant to Chelsea were great. They listened to me and asked questions to clarify. Chelsea was very informative of what she did and she explained everything, what she was doing and possibilities of things that were happening.

Chelsea Ramirez, the nurse practitioner that saw me was extremely knowledgeable. I had quite a few questions. She did not rush me. She took her time explaining everything to me. And she even took care of my next appointment that I had with the doctor. She is an amazing, amazing, team member and you are so blessed to have her on the team. And I mean this from the bottom of my heart because I'm a nurse and I know it's a tough role out there today to be in the medical profession.

I know how busy the medical profession is these days but Chelsea had all my info and was prepared to assure me this was most likely just a safety net visit. I was extremely pleased and will ask for her again if my particular issue occurs again
