Chelsea was amazing. She is the best doctor, PM, whatever she was, that I have ever seen in y'all's practice. My first experience was not really good, but I'm glad I gave a second chance and got her. She was very knowledgeable, she didn't arrest me, she was awesome. She's definitely an asset to WellSTAR, and I will definitely be using her.

When it's a provider that you've been going to for several years, why is it necessary to fill out the same paperwork and the same questionnaires every time you go as long as you can tell the them that there's no change. I wear hearing aids, and sometimes they don't speak clearly enough or loud enough, and it seems to be an aggravation for them to repeat their question.
