This was absolutely my best experience with Wellstar. I've learned to take the first appointment of the day (8:30) so there was no waiting. Dr. Chelsea Ramirez was extremely professional, solved my problem right away and her assistant was very gracious and I even complimented her at the time on her quiet comforting demeanor! Dr. Ramirez answered all my questions and solved my problem smoothly without undue hassle or pain. I only wish I had not had to wait so long for an appointment. But good people are in demand!

It appears that the office staff takes lunch at the same time. They need to put a sign up to indicate this to the customer. I would suggest that they could also put a pad down, so customers can sign in. Then when they return, they can address the customer as they initially arrived
