The entire experience from start to finish was a great experience for someone who is chronically ill. However, I especially want to give credit to Ms. Chelsea Ramirez. She listened to what challenges I was facing, what I wanted to address at the appointment, and she was very thorough in her assessment and any procedures and next steps moving forward. It was very clear. She's very confident and she was able to share information on a scale where I can understand, allowing me to be confident walking away from the appointment. She is one of the top providers that I have experienced over this last year. And I've had over 50 appointments in the last year, and she's one of the top ones that really cares about her patients. She listens and she's proactive, and I really appreciate that, and I hope she gets a lot of recognition and credit.
