I have been seeing Dr Pickett since 2009 when it was medical Associates and I have recommended family members and friends to this medical office. At the age of 71 I couldn't be in better health. The doctors, the PA staff and the Assistants are very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous.

You can most improve by not spraying air freshener in the lobby when we're sitting there. You overdo it with air freshener and it causes me personally to get sick and have to go outside and that's not fair because when I can't breathe and I'm feeling bad. So that's how you can improve.

Dr. Pickett and his staff are A1 professionals. He listens to your concerns and assures you that we will get to the root of the problem. My husband and I have been going to home for over 10 years and will not change PCP until he retires.

Dr Pickett has been my primary care doctor for over 30 years along with my 85 year old father who is now suffering from Dementia and other health issues. His attentive care and referrals have kept us here on this earth and helped in assisting our loved ones with our care so that we may remain in our own homes, we are forever grateful.

Even this survey takes too long. You need to be more time conscious and time consuming. We need to work on what WellStar is doing.
