The staff was very nice and attentive. The only problem was the my appointment was at 11 AM and I arrived 20 minutes early and didn't not get seen until 11:30. But the Dr and nurse were good and very attentive to my issues.

Some of the providers in the practice shouldn't be there thinking about the way my daughter was treated by one of the nurse practitioners. Really sad to work in healthcare and not treat people the same way.

Dr Pickett and nurse Brenda never act rushed nor disinterested in me or what I have to tell them. Droctor hears every thing you say and advises or discusses or explains any concerns or recommendations! I feel my care from them is a 10 out of 10 !

Dr. Pickett is a great primary care provider. He always spends time with me listening closely. I never feel rushed. Requests made through My Chart are handled promptly. I went to my visit with Dr. Pickett this week feeling overwhelmed by two issues that had recently developed for me. After talking with him I had referrals for two specialists who can help me. That alone made me feel better. I appreciate that Dr. Pickett is always a gentleman.
