Dr. Pickett and Brenda are very professional and they do well and they make you feel right at home and go right along with taking care of the patient. I love them both and they did a great job and they always do. I've been with them for many, many, many years and I don't plan on leaving.

It's not so much of the staff or the doctors it's the program that is being used to be able to get in contact with the staff in the clinic. You can never reach anybody that you really need to speak with. You can only leave messages so if it's something important, not an emergency, but something important, you have to wait until they call you back, which is ridiculous. So therefore you can't call not even to ask questions

The staff was very nice and attentive. The only problem was the my appointment was at 11 AM and I arrived 20 minutes early and didn't not get seen until 11:30. But the Dr and nurse were good and very attentive to my issues.

Some of the providers in the practice shouldn't be there thinking about the way my daughter was treated by one of the nurse practitioners. Really sad to work in healthcare and not treat people the same way.

You can never reach anybody that you really need to speak with. You can only leave messages so if it's something important, not an emergency, but something important, you have to wait until they call you back, which is ridiculous. So therefore you can't call not even to ask questions
