I couldn't get in through the telephone to anybody at the practice. I had to come in. I was trying to verify my appointment times and I couldn't even make an appointment. For some reason I got a teleworker who said they couldn't look up the information from their computer as to when I had an appointment.

I've known Dr. Pickett for years. He's a very good doctor. He listens to what I have to say. He always lets me know what's going on and he always makes referral if he thinks it's indicated. And his nurse, as well, very kind, understanding, and they all are well aware of the medical care that they're providing.
