Would definitely go back and being able to make an appointment was really helpful. Very impressed with how nice the staff members were.

My appointment was okay. My provider was very unprofessional with releasing patient information out loud in a public setting. I did not appreciate my provider releasing public information out loud to him and his constituents. Charles Hoff was very unprofessional and very rude and I would not recommend this facility to my friends and family due to the unprofessionalism that I've experienced at my time of visit. Thank you.

My experience was excellent!! The provider and staff were also excellent. I have been to that facility three times in the last few months, each visit was just as good as yesterday's visit!! I would definitely come back and I would definitely recommend them to others!!

I paid and felt like the Dr.was dismissive and his exam was rushed. I think he could have resolved my issue but it was Saturday afternoon and it may have been close to closing and the appointment felt rushed. I felt like I was just pawned of with a very generic referral. Not happy with the vist at all. As a matter of fact a refund would be good. The Dr. Acted like he had to much coffee or something. He was jittery?

The front office staff cannot address or solve any anomaly with billing or insurance. Like me several people ahead of me were having issues. My insurance that I have had since 2016 covers everything but they could only read the screen and could do nothing to solve. They said they had no one to call. No way to solve the issue. Poor training or poor process. Looking at MYCHART showed full payment for many visits and procedures. I'm still working with billing.

must get new and more echocardiogram machines, they only had one & it was not working. it took like 20 minutes to fix and i felt like my results weren't 100% accurate.

All staff members were very friendly and polite from the time I walked in until the moment we left They were confident and professional with all interactions. Dr.Hoff was very familiar with my previous visit a year or two ago. He was v we ry patient and thurrow with his evaluation of my symptoms, and gave me a clear path to follow to heal. I never felt rushed or trivialized, and he answered the numerous questions l had graisiousily. The overall experience was a 10!.
