Good health experience. I put my EarPods on the counter in the exam room 3 and when I called the staff the next business day, they reported that they didn't have them. I traced them thru the Apple Find My app and the parking lot (opposite of where I parked) is the last known location from a few hours after I left them. They were $250 new. I used them as a hearing aid. Its my fault, i just wish someone had found and turned them in.

It was over a 4 hour wait He was the only doctor there

My biggest problem with this site was the wait. I had a reservation and I still ended up waiting an hour. I think it was about an hour and 15 minutes past my reservation time. Nobody said anything until it had been, I think, pretty close to an hour before finally one of the nurses came and said that they were busy. They only had one provider. They have four rooms back there. Also, when you check in, it tells you on the little portal thing that you can check the tracking board to see where you are in line. And that's not true. There is no tracking board there where you can see where you are in line. The doctor was nice, very nice. He was a very, very fast talker. He was probably in the room with me for two minutes. But yeah, I got the medicine that I needed, so I was pleased with that. But a very, very fast talker.

I have always made us feel so comfortable and being so nice and taking such great care of us and get all our health needs taken care of. They are just the best and I am very thankful for them.

Dr. immediately saw me and called for an ambulance. Turns out I was having a mini stroke and got to the hospital ASAP. Glad I saw him - he saved me.

Words cannot express how thoughtful and wonderful/understanding Dr. Hoff was and has been the two times I have met him. Other people I know have said how very good/nice he was to them also.
