I came to my appointment 30 earlier to fill out paperwork! I was told the staff (meaning the Doctor and Nurse) couldn't see me because they were over booked! I took time off my job to see them! Plus even insurance they were trying buckle and dime. The visit with Nurse $100 or $150 out of pocket to see the doctor neither appointment was covered by my insurance! Please tell what's really going on! Highway robbery! It's time for to find another doctor!

Being my first visit, I sat in reception with 2 other first timers. No one was behind the front desk or came to the reception area for 20+ mins. Finally I spotted a sign on the right side of the room, over the trash can mostly in Spanish (which I cannot read.) indicating there was a Check-in Kiosk. So I signed in. When you enter reception at the front, the Kiosk is on the left tucked back in a corner where your eyes miss it when you walk-in. The other 2 first timers missed it too. Everyone I met on staff was kind & courteous. I was impressed that Dr. Hoff noticed the difference in my 2nd degree burns due to Reynaud's Syndrome & the extremely cold temperature. Due to several inherited medical issues I've met too many doctors that speak to me as if I am a child & couldn't possibly understand or have previous knowledge regarding my condition. Dr. Hoff is one of the rare doctors who look, listen & then explain what info I might be missing. Not once was I or treated disrespectfully. The nurse who was sent to dress the wounds & wrap them was while quite nice. But 2 fingers lost their non-stick lightly taped pad before I left the practice. This practice is so convenient to home, I'd definitely go to Dr. Hoff in the future.
