Dr. Hoff gave some helpful advice, changed my medication that was not working. But he mishandled my decision to have or not have a catherization. Too much pressure to have it I felt. I have since read that procedure was not done routinely. The nurse that handled the procedure was very patient and as gentle as possible.

I have had 3 visits to this urgent care in the last year, and each one has been efficient, caring, and clinically sound, with different personnel. My issues are chronic, and somewhat unusual, and they have taken the time to ask questions and investigate as needed, referring to the ER as necessary. Very grateful for them.

The doctor forgot to knock before entering the room and I was breastfeeding my baby. It was not a big deal, but I would have been more comfortable if they had knocked before coming in.

Receptionist was not friendly to me but she was to another couple who was of her race. I am asian and was in severe pain as I could not stand to fill out the intake form. I asked her if I could sit and there was a bit of hesitation and resentment from my perspective.

I waited for two hours to see a doctor. The doctor did a good job that saw me, but it did take two hours. I got there when they opened. There were four people in line. It took them two hours to basically get me seen and out the door. I was not seen for about an hour and 20 minutes. I was waiting in the waiting, or in the patient's room, waiting for the doctor to come and see me. I had to go ask how long it was going to be. So the wait, and this is the second time I've been to this location, the wait both times for me to walk in and walk out was two hours and there were only like four people in line. So the wait is very long. They need to work on that.

I could feel a UTI infection happening and suddenly remembered the Urgent Care facility where I had a previous neck/throat swelling. I drove over and was immediately diagnosed and prescribed medication immediately. Also, they have all up to date information via the Wellstar Health System. Who could ask for better care than that? Not to mention the Doctor who gave me his time to answer some questions about my issue. 10 out of 10 Stars.

I did not appreciate my provider releasing public information out loud to him and his constituents. Charles Hoff was very unprofessional and very rude and I would not recommend this facility to my friends and family due to the unprofessionalism that I've experienced at my time of visit. Thank you.
