I was not feeling well. I went to urgent care and was treated very kindly by everyone who worked there that day. Dr. Hoff was a miracle worker for me. So kind listened carefully to me and prescribe and explained medication. I am on day 3 of meds and already from day 2, I felt better. The coughing at nights stopped and I can now sleep peacefully. I still have a couple more of days to finish my medication, but I can tell they are working. Thanks to Dr. Hoff

My experience at the facility was excellent. The entire staff was very friendly. The only thing that I wish is that the doctors would have told me that taking steroids would affect my blood sugar since I'm diabetic. I specifically mentioned that I've never taken a steroid before, so I had no idea that my blood sugar would be going through the roof. Other than that, I had a great experience.

I would like to point out the receptionist was extremely polite and a pleasant disposition. It was first thing in the morning and my appointment was scheduled at the incorrect facility and she was able to sort out everything and get us in.
