I waited for two hours to see a doctor. The doctor did a good job that saw me, but it did take two hours. I got there when they opened. There were four people in line. It took them two hours to basically get me seen and out the door. I was not seen for about an hour and 20 minutes. I was waiting in the waiting, or in the patient's room, waiting for the doctor to come and see me. I had to go ask how long it was going to be. So the wait, and this is the second time I've been to this location, the wait both times for me to walk in and walk out was two hours and there were only like four people in line. So the wait is very long. They need to work on that.

I could feel a UTI infection happening and suddenly remembered the Urgent Care facility where I had a previous neck/throat swelling. I drove over and was immediately diagnosed and prescribed medication immediately. Also, they have all up to date information via the Wellstar Health System. Who could ask for better care than that? Not to mention the Doctor who gave me his time to answer some questions about my issue. 10 out of 10 Stars.

I did not appreciate my provider releasing public information out loud to him and his constituents. I think he could have resolved my issue but it was Saturday afternoon and it may have been close to closing and the appointment felt rushed. I felt like I was just pawned of with a very generic referral. Not happy with the vist at all. As a matter of fact a refund would be good. The Dr. Acted like he had to much coffee or something. He was jittery?
