The doctors seem to casually listen and provide standard care in that seems like he's just like, oh, okay, you have a bad cold and here's the standard three to four prescriptions I give to all patients instead of really listening to my symptoms.

Tee and Dr. Hoff are a wonderful medical pair. Tee made me comfortable from the start: being friendly, smiling and explaining what she was doing and why. Dr. Hoff was friendly, took time to listen to me, and knew what was best for the issues I had. I left knowing I was being taken care of.

I scheduled an appointment for 5pm but was not seen until 610. I do not understand the point of making an appointment and still having to wait to ne seen. I realize they were busy, but there was no front desk person to explain what was happening.

I dislike being sick, but I always come here when I'm sick. I like the staff and Dr. Hoff is great. They have an urgent care 5 minutes from me and I drive the extra 8 minutes to come to this location.

Dr. Hoff treated both my son and me on two separate days over the weekend. Our visits were worth the long wait times (unavoidable this time of year). He was attentive and thorough and made sure he sent us home with the right treatment! Being sick on Christmas is the worst, but I know I'll be better soon thanks to Dr. Hoff and his team. This is the only urgent care I'll go to!
