I know it's flu season but no one should be told a 2 hour wait and then you return 2hours and 10 minutes later as you were told and then wait another 35 minutes to be taken to a room.

It was very pleasant visit and the staff was amazing. I would suggest you consider adding a Lab to the facility. That was my first visit and i will use them again with no hesitation.

I called and booked an appointment online, but when I got there, the receptionist said that the new system still had some bugs working out because they were double-booking, and I could not go at my appointed time. Fortunately, the appointment after mine was scheduled did not show, so she happily gave me that appointment after the grace period. She was stellar, but your new booking system needs to be evaluated and fixed. Overall, it was a great experience.

I have been to this facility before and seems like the upgrade amd change staff was for the best. I all so appreciate the technology and communication.

Was caught off guard with your need of a urine sample, I actually had to during 9 bottles of water, and a waiting time of 90 minutes before I could go. One staff member would not allow me to step outside to smoke (for some reason THAT speeds up my pee-on-the-spot) saying I couldn't go out of the building.
