Didn't listen to concerns, was rushed, got a dx of sinus infection when I had no complaints of sinus congestion or issues. My excuse was incorrect and made no sense and I had to call and PHYSICALLY go back to get it corrected.

I was at the Giles Road Urgent Care in exam room one. I noticed that the rolling blood pressure machine, the base of it, was very dirty. And I also noticed that the air vent in the ceiling was extremely dirty. You could see the dust on it, the dirty dust on it. Really needs a cleaning.

An ability to wait outside in your car until your appointment. The waiting room was extremely crowded with many coughing and hacking people. It made me extremely uncomfortable to be in there. I had an injury and not a sickness and I certainly didn't want to be exposed to all that. If there's some way to do that and use your phone to text you when it's your turn, that would be a great help.

I have seen Dr. Hoff for many, many years and he has always been compassionate and upfront about what he can and cannot do for me. He was no less this time. He provided me with injections that provided relief for my pain by the time I got home and put me on a course of steroids that has kept me pain free for three days. I am always grateful to him.
