Make sure that the video virtual appointment is to the best that it can be. Make sure that the picture of the physician is not going in and out and blurry. It was very difficult for me to focus on what she was saying because it was going in and out. So improvement in that area would be needed.

I've been very happy with Dr. Lewis as my new endocrinologist. She is just excellent. I couldn't recommend her more highly. And I've also been very impressed with the entire administrative staff there, everyone who works up front, to the lady who checks you out, just wonderful, personable, efficient, caring and warm. I've been really pleased with them and I would like to give a special shout out to the young lady that works in the lab drawing blood. I believe her name is Victoria. She is extra specially wonderful and I appreciate so much this practice.

I was very disappointed with my endocrinology visit. Dr. Lewis spent little time with me, asked almost no questions, and dismissed my concerns about severe symptoms. She focused only on cortisol, ignored my other labs and symptoms, and told me my results were "normal" despite being on medical leave and referred for clearly abnormal findings. The only follow-up was an at-home test, and I left feeling completely dismissed and unsupported.

She did not rush me and was kind in her delivery of information about my required radiation treatment plan. Since I live between the beach and Marietta, she gave me valuable recommendations to help me coordinate medical treatment so that I would not have to drive back to Marietta every time I need bloodwork or medication refills. I am happy with my decision to choose her as my endocrinologist.
