I was so happy to be able to find a handicapped parking place on this visit. I'm usually not able to get a handicapped parking space when I visit and sometimes I have to circle the building (out into the street and back in the parking lot) several times to find a space at all. Also, you need to add an "I don't remember" option to your survey because I didn't remember if the staff washed their hands.

I felt dismissed and treated like a standard protocol with multiple referrals but no connection or understanding as to why. I left very upset and disappointed. I feel like I need to find another opinion for my case. Unfortunately from my understanding this is common with endocrinologist.

The doctor wanted me to be fasting at the appointment. I filled out the paperwork before my visit. It would be nice to know what they wanted me to do before my appointment. Could they not include that in the forms I Had to fill out. Better communication would go a long ways. I called before my appointment and ask the nurse did I need to go get blood drawn before my visit so the doctor and I could discuss the results. And she said there was not an order in to have blood drawn. I feel like it was a waisted day

The number of times I was contacted to confirm this appointment was completely ridiculous. Multiple texts, phone calls, just entirely too many, to the point of being insulting.

I waited over 30 minutes for the provider to come line. She said she had trouble connecting, which I do understand, but there was no real apology for the long wait , she didn't ask how I was doing today, no small talk, nothing. Her question was did I have my labs drawn. I told her where to find the results, she told labs looked good and a comment on the results, asked if I had any questions, and said she'll see me in 6 months. She could've sent me a message for this interaction and could've saved my copayment and the time I spent away from work. This was a waste of my time and money.

I asked for a new Doctor that was female as the pervious Doctor I was not comfortable with. I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment time., When I was taken back to see the Doctor, I was in the room for 30 minutes past my appointment time. When I stuck my head out to say I was still there to make sure they didn't forget about me as and no one had come in. A few minutes later they came in say the Doctor that I previously saw was behind. I told them I was seeing Doctor Lewis everyone was confused. Once they spoke to the girl at the front, she said that they had me down to see the original Doctor. I told them no, all my text and emails say Dr. Lewis. She did come in a apologize for the confusion. Dr. Lewis was very nice and I would recommend her. I would have been very upset had the doctor I asked not to see again showed up. I am happy that didn't happen and the front desk staff checked before I was embarrassed with the doctor I didn't want to see walked in.

I called before my appointment and ask the nurse did I need to go get blood drawn before my visit so the doctor and I could discuss the results. And she said there was not an order in to have blood drawn. I feel like it was a waisted day

Dr Lewis is amazing. She cares, listens and is efficient with information. I only see her twice a year but I feel like she knows me as a patient and that matters to me.

I believe the health care professional i saw today is great in their field, but I personally did not feel like they listened to my concerns or bothered to understand my diagnosis. I felt dismissed and treated like a standard protocol with multiple referrals but no connection or understanding as to why. I left very upset and disappointed. I feel like I need to find another opinion for my case. Unfortunately from my understanding this is common with endocrinologist.

Dr. Chantal is a wonderful doctor. She listens to what your concerns are. If a question is answered and you need more clarity, she will explain so that you can understand the medical terms use. I would recommend her to anyone looking for an endocrinologist.

This visit was much much better than the first visit I had with Dr. Lewis. She was VERY pleasant and attentive and I was very grateful to have this. I think she is going to be a really good provider.

All staff members were friendly and helpful. Dr. Lewis is cold, seldom looks at you, and pushes through the appointment at a breathless pace depending on her written notes for the check out staff to explain the new instructions. I don't think I will remain in her care long.

Everyone from the check in desk, to the tech who took my vitals, to the lab, check out and Dr. Lewis were all AMAZING!!! They were all so friendly and kind. I truly appreciate them all!

I was so happy to be able to find a handicapped parking place on this visit. I'm usually not able to get a handicapped parking space when I visit and sometimes I have to circle the building (out into the street and back in the parking lot) several times to find a space at all. Also, you need to add an "I don't remember" option to your survey because I didn't remember if the staff washed their hands.

I believe she's a good doctor, but I think she could explain the patient's condition better. I think sometimes she summarizes our concerns well, but she could be a little more detailed. Thank you.
