This doctor does not give enough information to make me feel comfortable that I am seeing the full picture. I can tell she is trying, but she does not talk much. I have to ask a lot of questions to get information and because I know so little about this condition - potentially Hashimoto's (but I don't know for sure because she says it'll be a while before we can tell) that I don't always know what to ask. I do not feel seen. The office itself seems efficient and the administrative people are very easy to work with and quick.

My time with the doctor was good, but my time checking out was bad. I had to walk on them to keep control of my temper. I have never seen such incompetence and lack of caring. I did treaten to go to anther doctor, but that did not seem to worry them. I am still consedering this change.

Normally I would give all 10's but this was my first meeting with Dr. Lewis. I liked her and I'm sure that as we develop a dr./patient relationship, tens will be forth coming.

Dr. Lewis needs to learn bedside manners. I was the one guiding the conversation and she didn't even try to help. I left the call feeling unhelped, but she did do me a solid I will acknowledge that. If she treat all her patients like this, then get an HR rep to point her towards some "how to treat a patient correctly and KINDLY" seminar. Woof
