My experience with Dr Chantel Lewis was phenomenal. She is very patient and listen and answers all questions so I am clear and understand her explanation. Her Nurse, Jumaanah was also very attentive and assisted my every need with care and patients. I am very happy with Dr Lewis and her nurse.

This doctor does not give enough information to make me feel comfortable that I am seeing the full picture. I can tell she is trying, but she does not talk much. I have to ask a lot of questions to get information and because I know so little about this condition - potentially Hashimoto's (but I don't know for sure because she says it'll be a while before we can tell) that I don't always know what to ask. I do not feel seen. The office itself seems efficient and the administrative people are very easy to work with and quick.
