I felt dirty and cringed when she pulled out her stethoscope that came out if that dirty Pocket. It looked like it needed to be washed. I am looking for another doctor. She herself did not look dirty but her white coat was disgustingly dirty.

Dr. Lewis was dismissive of my concerns, disinterested, cold bedside manner, and robotic. She interrupted every single sentence I spoke. She did not look over my history or have any idea of the issues that are clearly documented in My Chart. She almost prescribed a medicine that would have been detrimental to me had I not advocated and pointed out my history. I have never felt so dismissed by a physician as I did Dr. Lewis.

Make sure that the video virtual appointment is to the best that it can be. Make sure that the picture of the physician is not going in and out and blurry. It was very difficult for me to focus on what she was saying because it was going in and out. So improvement in that area would be needed.

And I've also been very impressed with the entire administrative staff there, everyone who works up front, to the lady who checks you out, just wonderful, personable, efficient, caring and warm. I've been really pleased with them and I would like to give a special shout out to the young lady that works in the lab drawing blood. I believe her name is Victoria. She is extra specially wonderful and I appreciate so much this practice.
