I would like to say this is the best endocrinologist office I have ever been to. They not only treat you with respect and care but they listen very closely and make sure they are doing whatever they can to help you. Right away I knew this was an endocrinologist I would stay with. The office staff are very sweet and kind. I have been a type one diabetic for four years now, I've had endocrinologist let me go without insulin or told me they wouldn't help me because I won't help myself. Ms.Lewis on my first appointment listened to me got me on pump therapy and other things I needed as a type one. I would recommend this office to anyone who is a diabetic.

Overall office staff were very friendly. Nurse who took vitals was efficient but I had difficultly hearing her instructions, the procedure felt rushed. Doctor was friendly & very business-like, didn't really discuss my labs that I had done before my visit. I was the one who asked a question about results that were questionable. After I brought it to her attention, she explained the results to me. Nothing negative about the experience, it was just efficient, down to business type routine visit.

My office visits are typically 5-10 minutes with Dr. Lewis. The past couple of times I had to wait 20-30 minutes. Today my appointment was at 8:05. I was asked to arrive at 7:50, which I did. I was taken back about 8:10am. Because my conversations with Dr. Lewis are all of 5 minutes, I should have been able to get to my 9am meeting at work on time. My work is 18 minutes from the Endocrinologist office. When I was still waiting to see the Dr. at 8:40am, I finally came out of the room to make sure everything was okay. She then came in at 8:45. I was late to work for my meeting and was so embarrassed and upset. I don't understand why I'm asked to arrive 15 minutes early but my time is not valued. Dr. Lewis is so kind and very helpful and I appreciate her. It just does not make sense to wait 40 minutes for a 5 minute conversation when I could be in and out. What is the point of making an appointment? I hate to complain but this really upset me today. My meeting this morning was really important to me and I didn't want to be late. I should not have been. There was no reason for it if my time was honored and I was seen at the time of my appointment that I had booked months in advance. Thank you.

So I really do appreciate how she is so in tune with my and treating my medical condition. I would like to say this is the best endocrinologist office I have ever been to. They not only treat you with respect and care but they listen very closely and make sure they are doing whatever they can to help you. Right away I knew this was an endocrinologist I would stay with. The office staff are very sweet and kind. I have been a type one diabetic for four years now, I've had endocrinologist let me go without insulin or told me they wouldn't help me because I won't help myself. Ms.Lewis on my first appointment listened to me got me on pump therapy and other things I needed as a type one. I would recommend this office to anyone who is a diabetic.
