I understand that I am a statistic, when it comes to pumping people through a system designed to make money. But when the waiting room is empty and I have taken the time to write questions and concerns out to ask and I am dismissed and overall condescended at every turn. I am a human being with medical questions and issues that I am trying to fix and my concerns and issues are being relegated to simplicity when to me it isn't simple which makes me feel like my time and money isn't appreciated. Plus being told something is impossible when numerous studies say otherwise and I am unable to address that is so disrespectful. I sadly have to start over and find a new doctor that will actually listen to me and work with me on a plan and not just try and smash me into a box. A waste of time and money.

Stopped taking the meds she wanted to just refill 8 weeks ago, sent her a message and communicated about it with her prior. Appointment took 3 minutes. Wanted blood work and a 6 month follow up. Didn't ask how I was or any questions.

I love Dr. Lewis. She is very focused, thorough, thoughtful and has a kind and caring bedside manner. She's a careful listener and doesn't make you feel so rushed that you forget to ask your planned questions. She is a true asset to your practice and I would highly recommend her to anyone!

The visit was less than 15 minutes from the wait and visit with Dr. Lewis. It was really fast. I still need to set up another appt with the radiologist . I would much rather my PCP referring me to the radiologist first than schedule a follow up appointment with Dr. Lewis.

I would like to say this is the best endocrinologist office I have ever been to. They not only treat you with respect and care but they listen very closely and make sure they are doing whatever they can to help you. Right away I knew this was an endocrinologist I would stay with. The office staff are very sweet and kind. I have been a type one diabetic for four years now, I've had endocrinologist let me go without insulin or told me they wouldn't help me because I won't help myself. Ms.Lewis on my first appointment listened to me got me on pump therapy and other things I needed as a type one. I would recommend this office to anyone who is a diabetic.

Overall office staff were very friendly. Nurse who took vitals was efficient but I had difficultly hearing her instructions, the procedure felt rushed. Doctor was friendly & very business-like, didn't really discuss my labs that I had done before my visit. I was the one who asked a question about results that were questionable. After I brought it to her attention, she explained the results to me. Nothing negative about the experience, it was just efficient, down to business type routine visit.
