When I first went in the office, the front desk, everybody was very nice. They recommended the right person and explained to me everything. And then the doctor was excellent. She diagnosed me and she talked to me about my ?

All the staff was so wonderful, so kind, and had this great smile. And my provider is extreme listener. And I will prefer her to anybody in the world because she make you feel so warm and comfort. But the rest of the staff was just as good. And I thank, I just thank for that staff. I wouldn't trade them for the world.

All of the staff from check in to check out were absolutely amazing !!! And Dr. Lewis took her time with me to listen and explained everything to me in detail !!

My office visits are typically 5-10 minutes with Dr. Lewis. The past couple of times I had to wait 20-30 minutes. Today my appointment was at 8:05. I was asked to arrive at 7:50, which I did. I was taken back about 8:10am. Because my conversations with Dr. Lewis are all of 5 minutes, I should have been able to get to my 9am meeting at work on time. My work is 18 minutes from the Endocrinologist office. When I was still waiting to see the Dr. at 8:40am, I finally came out of the room to make sure everything was okay. She then came in at 8:45. I was late to work for my meeting and was so embarrassed and upset. I don't understand why I'm asked to arrive 15 minutes early but my time is not valued. Dr. Lewis is so kind and very helpful and I appreciate her. It just does not make sense to wait 40 minutes for a 5 minute conversation when I could be in and out. What is the point of making an appointment? I hate to complain but this really upset me today. My meeting this morning was really important to me and I didn't want to be late. I should not have been. There was no reason for it if my time was honored and I was seen at the time of my appointment that I had booked months in advance. Thank you.

Dr. Lewis' office is always so attentive to me as well as my need, always educating, with checking all of my levels and educating me with the range and keeping me in the know of my range. So I really do appreciate how she is so in tune with my and treating my medical condition. The office is always so pleasant, always willing to assist, and I made a very, very good choice to make my first appointment with Dr. Lewis. Very happy with Dr. Lewis, and I would always recommend her office to anybody that is in need of a very good, educated, concerned, very pleasant as well ?

I was so happy to be able to find a handicapped parking place on this visit. I'm usually not able to get a handicapped parking space when I visit and sometimes I have to circle the building (out into the street and back in the parking lot) several times to find a space at all. Also, you need to add an "I don't remember" option to your survey because I didn't remember if the staff washed their hands.

My office visits are typically 5-10 minutes with Dr. Lewis. The past couple of times I had to wait 20-30 minutes. Today my appointment was at 8:05. I was asked to arrive at 7:50, which I did. I was taken back about 8:10am. Because my conversations with Dr. Lewis are all of 5 minutes, I should have been able to get to my 9am meeting at work on time. My work is 18 minutes from the Endocrinologist office. When I was still waiting to see the Dr. at 8:40am, I finally came out of the room to make sure everything was okay. She then came in at 8:45. I was late to work for my meeting and was so embarrassed and upset. I don't understand why I'm asked to arrive 15 minutes early but my time is not valued. Dr. Lewis is so kind and very helpful and I appreciate her. It just does not make sense to wait 40 minutes for a 5 minute conversation when I could be in and out. What is the point of making an appointment? I hate to complain but this really upset me today. My meeting this morning was really important to me and I didn't want to be late. I should not have been. There was no reason for it if my time was honored and I was seen at the time of my appointment that I had booked months in advance. Thank you.

All of the staff from check in to check out were absolutely amazing !!! And Dr. Lewis took her time with me to listen and explained everything to me in detail !!

All the staff was so wonderful, so kind, and had this great smile. And my provider is extreme listener. And I will prefer her to anybody in the world because she make you feel so warm and comfort. But the rest of the staff was just as good. And I thank, I just thank for that staff. I wouldn't trade them for the world.
