Registration staff were friendly; I may have waited 2 minutes to get registered - maybe even less. Once registered, it was about another 2 minutes till I was called back. Once the nurse checked vitals and asked all the questions, it was another 2 minutes or so before Celisa Paine came in. She is the most pleasant, helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable healthcare professional I've ever known in my 66 years! I hope she's there a long time. I trust her implicitly.
