No matter who it is I see within this practice, I am always greeted with a smile from the front office to being heard and listened to by the doctors and NP's. I would t want to be in any other practice! Dr. Stepp is my PCP but even if I can't see her I know I will be taken care of by any other physician in the practice. I can't express how much I truly love everyone in this office!

My NEW PATIENT appointment was at 10. At 10:30 I asked why everyone else had been called back, but I hadn't. I was then informed that my provider had been delayed for 90 minutes and no one had bothered to tell me. I rescheduled with an NP for 11, since I was already there, only to get to wait another 15 minutes past that appointment for her. I am not impressed and will not be back.
