My NEW PATIENT appointment was at 10. At 10:30 I asked why everyone else had been called back, but I hadn't. I was then informed that my provider had been delayed for 90 minutes and no one had bothered to tell me. I rescheduled with an NP for 11, since I was already there, only to get to wait another 15 minutes past that appointment for her. I am not impressed and will not be back.
