She cared for my daughter and was absolutely the best provider we've ever had. Communication messages on mychart responded quickly to set up an appointment. When I was taken back to see the doctor, the assistant was through with questioning, and a plus was that she did a bonus cleaning in the room that would have made an EVS employee humble.

Even though the practice is great , I feel that if my appointment is scheduled for one time , and the office call to tell me to be there 15 min earlier and I am there. I do not appreciate being there at 1:45 pm, but my provider does not come into the room until a little after 3:00 pm. My time is just as valuable, and if I was late my appointment would be canceled. No explanation or nothing as to why I was waiting so long. Communication is a great tool and that is all it takes. Thank you.
