My experience with WellStar Urology, from scheduling my appointment to check-out, was exceptional. Although the Front Office Staff (FOS) wasn't able to book a same-day appointment initially, she assured me she would reach out to the triage nurse. Within an hour, the triage nurse called me back and successfully arranged an appointment for later that same day. I was also contacted by Susie, who asked if I could come in earlier. I was able to accommodate, and I was promptly seen by both Susie and Catelyn. They were both professional, kind, and efficient. Based on my previous experiences with other medical service lines, I've often encountered poor access and a lack of compassion or friendliness. However, this was not the case with WellStar Urology. I truly appreciate the care and attention I received, which reflected WellStar's core values of pursuing excellence, serving with compassion, and honoring every voice. Thank you!
