I appreciate how this office rescheduled my appointment when I had problems getting there because of my flight. I wasn't sure with the payment I was required to pay and Reverend Zahl Miller did explain everything and change my medication so that I could get further assistance with my situation. And she was pretty confident that nothing else was developing. But I wasn't sure why there was no sonogram done, but she seemed certain. So I went with that and will pick up. I picked up the medication already. At first, it was no longer in stock as the patches were no longer in.

Front desk lady was welcoming and acknowledged me as soon as I walked in. She also thanked me for checking in & completing my paperwork online. RN was kind and professional. I like that there is no lolly gagging with my time. I arrive, wait just a few minutes to be called back, business taken care off professionally and efficiently, promptly check out, and I'm on my merry way. Very efficient operation and no time wasted. Much appreciated!

Dr. Zahler is always helpful and attentive. She has always made me feel safe and heard and gone through multiple avenues of approach to make sure that I have been taken care of.

Dr. Zahler is an incredible physician and I go to her for her medical expertise. If I could improve something I would train the front office desk to conduct themselves more professionally. They continued to have a conversation about a restaurant the entire time I was checking in, rarely made eye contact with me. I wish they had treated me as nicely as they were treating each other.

This has nothing to do with the office but WellSTAR as a whole. I hate the pre-estimates because they're not correct and I don't like trying to call my doctor's office and cannot get in touch with them. I get someone at a call center who cannot help me and I can't get to my doctor.

I allowed and supportive with the my resident doing my Pap Smear with guidance and direction of my doctor. I was seen quickly even though the office had to work me in to their very busy schedule.
