I felt genuinely seen and heard during this visit. I was presented with options and the provider thoroughly explained the procedure. She listened to all my concerns and questions and addressed each one. Coming to a new provider was difficult as someone who has seen the same two physicians my entire adult life, but she made it easy.

From the moment I walked in everyone was so welcoming and made me feel Very comfortable....the front desk was courteous and friendly, Nurse Fatima was so kind and patient and Dr. Zahler was amazing! You won't be disappointed seeing this group as your provider ??

The front desk overall was nice, but they need to practice better compliance with having the labels turned upwards where you can see all of the patients' names, as well as doing a more thorough registration. I feel like they skipped parts of the registration, and that would be my note to improve upon that. Thank you.

I appreciate how this office rescheduled my appointment when I had problems getting there because of my flight. I wasn't sure with the payment I was required to pay and Reverend Zahl Miller did explain everything and change my medication so that I could get further assistance with my situation. And she was pretty confident that nothing else was developing. But I wasn't sure why there was no sonogram done, but she seemed certain. So I went with that and will pick up. I picked up the medication already. At first, it was no longer in stock as the patches were no longer in.

I like that there is no lolly gagging with my time. I arrive, wait just a few minutes to be called back, business taken care off professionally and efficiently, promptly check out, and I'm on my merry way. Very efficient operation and no time wasted. Much appreciated!

Dr. Zahler is an incredible physician and I go to her for her medical expertise. If I could improve something I would train the front office desk to conduct themselves more professionally. They continued to have a conversation about a restaurant the entire time I was checking in, rarely made eye contact with me. I wish they had treated me as nicely as they were treating each other.

This has nothing to do with the office but WellSTAR as a whole. I hate the pre-estimates because they're not correct and I don't like trying to call my doctor's office and cannot get in touch with them. I get someone at a call center who cannot help me and I can't get to my doctor.

I appreciate how this office rescheduled my appointment when I had problems getting there because of my flight. From the moment I walked in everyone was so welcoming and made me feel Very comfortable....the front desk was courteous and friendly, Nurse Fatima was so kind and patient and Dr. Zahler was amazing! You won't be disappointed seeing this group as your provider ??

I felt genuinely seen and heard during this visit. I was presented with options and the provider thoroughly explained the procedure. She listened to all my concerns and questions and addressed each one. Coming to a new provider was difficult as someone who has seen the same two physicians my entire adult life, but she made it easy.
