Dr. Dobbins and the entire office staff were professional, kind, and courteous. I felt comfortable throughout my entire visit. Unfortunately, I went downstairs to the WellStar lab department and had a different experience. The woman who drew my blood was not friendly. She was cold and unprofessional. She did not greet me. She spoke only to give me commands. I was uncomfortable in her care. I heard other woman in the lab speaking to patients in similar tones. The lab technicians were laughing and friendly with each other, but that demeanor did not seem to transfer to their patients. The lab tech working with me seemed annoyed I was there. I would not recommend this lab to others in our community.

She never sent my medication to pharmacy. The pharmacy said it was never sent. They don't see any new prescriptions when she clearly asked me my pharmacy which is in my chart and we off so clarify that Publix pharmacy it was never sent. Unacceptable.

Dr. Dobbins and staff are always amazing and highly recommended. I was confused to receive a packet of paperwork in the mail that was very redundant to what I filled out in MyChart. The forms were dated, and that whole process seemed very outdated. No other Wellstar offices that we have visited do this. MyChart is the best!
