I had a great experience at this office today. Destiny, the medical assistant, was incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. Dr. Dobbins-Sood was wonderful. I instantly felt comfortable with her. She was very knowledgeable, took the time to explain everything clearly, and made sure I understood the treatment options that were best for me. I truly appreciated the care and attention I received. I highly recommend this doctor's office!

Dr Dobbins was very cold to me. She barely said a few words. I will not return for future visits with her. The Nurse who took vitals was just doing her job, no interactions with me. Barely made eye contact with me, just like the Dr. The Nurse who was in room during exam was very friendly and professional.

Maybe she was having a bad day, but the technician who called me back and started my appt was not very friendly at all. She did not make me feel comfortable. I never complain, but oh my goodness, it was not a great beginning to my appnt. Luckily Dr. Dobbins-Sood was very kind.

It was good overall. I am usually very comfortable speaking and get feedback along with genuine concern. This time seemed different. It felt like Dr. Dobbins and her medical assistant (who never said a word) were having a bad day. I know they deal with a lot but the atmosphere seemed heavy and that their minds were definitely elsewhere. I am not needy nor do I require a lot of attention, it just seemed odd. I love Dr. Dobbins and I hope that their day got better is all I can say. I've never felt like just a number at this office but today it seemed like I was just that. Like I said..just not the normal experience but hopefully the next one will be good.
