I've actually had another gastro doctor and I did like her, but after for the first time coming to Cesar, I will rate her A1% of me staying with her in the future, even though my procedure has not been done. I really appreciate her patience and all the questions I had. As a matter of fact, I got my daughter on the phone and she actually answered my daughter's questions and I really appreciate her taking that time. I know she's busy and also her staff. They all were so kind and professional and friendly and I really appreciate that service. Thank you so much and have a good day.

The doctor is great but the parking situation is terrible. Had to park in an no parking zone risking a ticket and then to have them tell me there is a penalty for being more than 15 minutes late. I'm never late to a medical appointment, but what can you do when there is no parking available and nothing else close or safe to walk from.
