My doctor was extremely knowledgeable about her field and the things that she was not completely confident about. She said she did not know and would do research, contact Emery, see if I needed additional treatment or testing or to do extra research about the things that I have going on. She was extremely warm, extremely present. She empathized with me. She sympathized with me. She actually listened and this was the first time I've experienced that in a very long time.

I really appreciate her patience and all the questions I had. As a matter of fact, I got my daughter on the phone and she actually answered my daughter's questions and I really appreciate her taking that time. I know she's busy and also her staff. The doctor is great but the parking situation is terrible. Had to park in an no parking zone risking a ticket and then to have them tell me there is a penalty for being more than 15 minutes late. I'm never late to a medical appointment, but what can you do when there is no parking available and nothing else close or safe to walk from.
