The lab has unskilled and uncaring staff. Unprofessional. The bathroom where I needed to collect urine was dirty. Blood spots on the floor and urine drops on the toilet. No toilet seat covers either. This is the second time in three weeks I've been to this lab and the experience has been unpleasant. The first time the phlebotomist didn't know what she was doing and kept calling someone else to ask questions. Then Lab Corp didn't receive the vial for the Copeptin analysis labeled properly so they didn't know what to do with the blood vial.

She asks and answers pertinent questions that I feel are very important. I drive 5 hours for my appointments; therefore, it should be clear that I am pleased and very impressed with the care that I get. I appreciate everyone there as they are always so patient and helpful.

It's the very first visit to a rheumatologist office where the Doctor exam me . She examed my feet, hands, mouth and asked me all my family history and made me feel confident she was going to take care of me . Dr Mcleod order my Lass and x-rays... and I was able to do that all in the same day. she made me a follow up appointment right away.. amazing .. I am sending my Son and Daughter to see her ?? great medical service from check in to check out ..

If a dramatically abnormal test doesn't confirm anything, good luck getting taken seriously. Just a game of referring to other specialists instead of true record review and thoughtful understanding of symptoms and potential root causes. Doctors only look for the mainstream disorders and don't care about anything but. Total loss in trust in the medical system!

The doc and her staff were fine. The Lab experience was bad!! The tech was good but the lab is so obviously understaffed that wait time was an hour or more to have blood drawn and give a urine sample. You need to have several more people staffing this lab!! It was terrible, not good for patients and not good for employees. I assume a cost cutting thing? Wrong choice for saving you money!

I thought Dr.McLeod was excellent. However I do not like the policy of going to an infusion center at Kennestone Hospital for a simple injection. Rheumatologists I have been to in the past have administered the injection in the office. It is a hardship to go to the hospital. I might have to consider changing to a different practice. That is disappointing.
