Staff are very welcoming Shows care and takes time with you, especially Dr McLeod's assistant, Jennifer Dr McLeod has great eye contact, attentive. She is very approachable. She always makes me feel cared for. She has a kind hearted spirit. I always enjoy our visit. I highly recommend Dr McLeod.

I always feel rushed through my appointment. I would like for provider to slow down and communicate with me. I don't feel like I'm being heard or that my concerns are validated. I need to understand what is going on with my care. I don't need referrals somewhere else if I don't understand what she is thinking.
