She previewed our files (and we are elderly so long files) before our first visit. She looked at us and asked us to tell her about ourselves. Dr Darville has been professional and helpful with our health issues. She is the tops. She looks at her patients and that is refreshing.

I made an appointment to come in for a TB test which was a job requirement. That is all I needed. There was one patient in the waiting room. Two cars in parking lot. I waited over 35 minutes to be called back then another 30 plus in room only to be told they had no one there to do the test. My appointment was at 10 and I left at 11:15. I paid $235 for absolutely nothing. I feel there should have been no charge and someone should have told me when I arrived that they could not do the test.
