She really listened and asked good questions. She just didn't have much helpful insight for us, but I don't hold it against her. The doctor and nurse were both kind and respectful.

Dr. Darville walked out of the room before I had a chance to ask her all my questions. It was a little awkward having to call her back in and I felt like she was a little rushed and may not have been giving me her full attention at the end of my visit.

It's not the practice, but the crooked accounting department trying hard to make me pay for charges that I don't owe. I will avoid Wellstar whenever possible. I don't appreciate being cheated.

This place needs a functioning lab for blood work. I don't know why Wellstar would invest in a new urgent care (an incredible location) but then wait for more patients before staffing a lab. It makes no sense because that is the #1 reason why there aren't 'enough patients'. I want this place to succeed cause it's very convenient for me.
