I don't know if provider washed or sanitized their hands. That question needs to be worded differently. This was the first time to this provider and I felt very comfortable and well cared for.

I was completely out of a medication for COPD. The doctor told me she had a sample until I could get my prescription filled. After she left, her nurse informed me they didn't have any. I had to call an ambulance that night because I had an episode of not being able to breathe.
